    • The invention relates to bioengineering, in particular to a method for producing apyrogenic immunomodulator. The inventive method consists in purifying, grinding and in homogenizing a milt roe of salmon or sturgeon fish in a aqueous citric-salt solution solution, in centrifuging a homogenate in a settling centrifuge, in removing a supernatant fluid, in homogenizing a substrate and in simultaneously adding the calculated quantity of the citric-salt aqueous solution thereto, in centrifuging and in decanting said substrate, in incubating the purified homogenate in the presence of a detergent, in adding a saturated sodium chloride solution into a reaction mass and in holding it for 2 hours, in cooling said reaction mass and in exposing it to ultrasonic treatment in baths provided with piezoelectric ceramic radiators, in separating a liquid phase by means of a sorbent agent, in eluting said sorbent agent, in microfiltering the eluate together with the liquid phase and in concentrating it, in settling a sodium desoxyribonucleate precipitate, in centrifuging it in such a way that it is separated from the liquid phase, in drying the precipitate in aseptic conditions, diluting the thus obtained powder in a sodium chloride aqueous solution and in dispensing said solution in a sterile manner. The invention makes it possible to obtain a highly-efficient and safe medicinal preparation which meets modem pharmaceutical production requirements.
