    • The present invention provides a collapsible bed frame (10) and a collapsible bed (100). The collapsible bed frame (10) includes two side bed frames (11) and a plurality of transverse boards (30), and the plurality of transverse boards (30) are spaced between the two side bed frames (11). Each side bed frame (10) includes a plurality of collapsible units (110), hinged to the transverse boards (30) through first hinge elements (12), and a second hinge element (13) is provided in a middle portion of each collapsible unit (110), so that the collapsible bed frame (11) is transformable between an expanded state and a collapsed state. Each collapsible unit (110) includes a first side plate (111) and a second side plate (112). A front surface of the first side plate (111) or the second side plate (112) includes at least a first region (113) and a second region (114), and the first region (113) protrudes outward relative to the second region (114). The collapsible bed (100) includes, the first region (113) on the first side plate (111) or the second side plate (112) protrudes outward relative to the second region (114). In this way, the stability of the collapsible bed frame (10) in the expanded state can be enhanced.
