    • Suggested invention depicts method of obtaining liquid non-sulphuric organic fuel from waste products, formed after cleaning of industrial and residential drain water.
      The method is performed as follows. Preliminary concentrated primary settlers sludge suspension, being waste products formed after cleaning of industrial and residential drain water, and excess activated sludge suspension, being waste product after biological cleaning of residential and industrial drain water, to be processed with coagulant, dehydrate to concentration 10-30 wt.-%, then hydrolyze, obtained hydrolyzate to be separated from undissolved part of sediment, then evaporated to concentration 65-80 wt.-% getting the desired product.
      Suggested method allows to get high-mileage non-waste technology of obtaining liquid non-sulphuric organic fuel with high calorific power, its burning makes minimum dioxine content (1 pk for 1 cubic meter of gas at normal conditions), meeting the most harsh European standards (not more than 100 pk for 1 cubic meter of gas at normal conditions), as well as to completely utilize primary settlers sludge and excess activated sludge after biological cleaning of effluent.

    • The proposed invention deals with pulp and paper production, in particular, with the process for preparing pulp cooking liquors to manufacture a fibrous semifabricate.
      A cooking liquor is proposed to be prepared by saturation of a water medium with sulfurous anhydride provided that this water medium is in fact either a pulp and paper mill waste water with activated sludge (18-40g/l) and soda ash (1,55-2,50% by weight) in it or alkali hydrolyzate produced in treatment of the same waste water by a mixture of base salts containing sodium carbonate (50-90% by weight based on Na 2 O) at the temperature 25-40°C followed up with a solid sediment removal and the saturation goes on until sulfurous anhydride concentration in the liquor is 2,5-5,5% by weight.
      The proposed method allows to increase considerably the output of a fibrous semi-fabricate and improve its mechanical characteristics not to speak of utilizing waste water generated at a waste water treatment plant of a pulp and paper mill and expanding a sources of raw materials needed for cooking liquors preparation.

    • The present invention relates to a device for pumping a moist pulp and may be used in the wood-pulp and paper industry for conveying a highly concentrated pulp. The proposed pump comprises a body (1) having a hopper (2) for receiving a pulp; a replaceable pipe connection (3) in which a worm feeder (5) is coaxially located; a check valve (6) mounted as viewed from a pump outlet from said pipe connection (3); and a mixing chamber (4) for mixing the pulp with a carrying agent; said chamber is coupled with said pipe connection (3) and fitted with a means for supplying the carrying agent. Between the worm feeder (5) end and the check valve (6) an adjustable gap is provided. On the surface of the pipe connection, on the level of the last flight of the worm feeder there are provided longitudinal through splines (8) for evacuating air which have a length of not more than a lead of the last flight of said worm feeder, a width of about 0.2 - 1.0 mm and a total open area of from 0.5 ΔS to ΔS, where ΔS means the difference between an inner sectional area of the pipe connection and a sectional area of the worm feeder rod. The proposed pump enables pumping over a moist pulp of a high concentration (16-90 %) with maximum efficiency at different sectors of production lines of paper making industry with the result that a need for using a system for the pulp dilution with water is ruled out, a total quantity of waste waters and energy expenditures to treat thereof are reduced.
