    • The invention refers to a Concrete Reinforcement Assembling Machinery .
      It is a machine which automatically or semi-automatically assembles by use of welding method the formed shapes from iron rods (stirrups) with straightened ones, thus constructing the concrete reinforcement.
      It consists of an immovable metal frame (1) upon which all mechanisms and components are installed.
      On the frame (1) the rotating feeder (2) is adjusted for the -either automatic or manual- feeding of the assembling point with formed shapes (stirrups) (6) and with straightened iron rods (24).
      The assembling phase is accomplished by means of two mobile and independently moving assembling columns (15 and 21), in combination with the system for holding-welding and propulsion of the concrete reinforcement that is placed at the upper and lower part of each mobile column (15 and 21).
      The assembled concrete reinforcement (main or auxiliary) is based on a corresponding bench (32) the size of which is adjusted according to the sizes of the concrete reinforcements being assembled.

    • The invention refers to an Automatic Assembler of Concrete Reinforcement, which assembles by method of welding the formed iron rods with straightened ones.
      It consists of the frame (1) on which the immovable base (2) of the movable iron rod guides (3) is adjusted.
      On the upper part is adjusted the mobile base (6) having the ability to move upwards-downwards. The base (6) has guides for the rod (3) that open and close. Also it has supporting bars of the formed shapes (9) as well as a system for automatic propulsion of the formed shape to the assembling point.
      The assembling is accomplished by means of two mobile columns (10), which are adjusted on guides (11) in order to open and close and the whole system of the columns glides on the guides (12) forwards and backwards.
      On the upper and lower part of each column (10) is adjusted the system of holding-welding and propulsion of the concrete reinforcement and it has the ability to move upwards and downwards.
      The -ready for placement- concrete reinforcement is based on a corresponding bench (33).
      All parts of the assembler are adjusted to the size of the concrete reinforcement.

    • Machine for straightening, bending and cutting of iron concrete rods, comprising a four-direction mechanism for iron concrete rod bending with cutting ability of the front and rear end, said mechanism consisting of a rotating plate (1) which has four openings for the entrance of the four bending pins (5). The bending pins (5) are adjusted by twos on the two half rings (3) which are adjusted externally of the plate (1).

    • The machine for cutting bending of iron rods by use of mobile heads and displaceable per section holding guides of straight rod consists of a metallic framework (1).     • The Feeder of concrete armature assembling machine consists of the columns for the straight iron rod (2) which have the ability for free opening-closing and forward-backward movement. Each column (2) bears at its upper and lower part group of rolls for straightening and propulsion of the iron rod (5). The group of rolls (5) is adjusted at the transferor with the regulating base-guide of the straight rod (18) and (17).
