摘要： A carrier for beverage containers (16) in which the beverage containers are of a type which has a bottom wall, an upstanding side wall and an openable top (22). The carrier is formed of a one-piece member formed of a non-plastic material formed into first (27) and second halves (28) adjoining each other at a first fold line. An interlocking tab (101) assembly is carried by the first and second end margins and the first and second side margins for fastening together the first and second end wall segments of one half to the corresponding first and second end wall segments of the other half after the first and second end wall segments have been folded along the fold lines with the wall segments aligned in planes parallel to each other. The handle segments have holes therein adapted to receive the fingers of the hand.

摘要： A bottle (11) has a neck (17) and an end face (22), at least a portion of which is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the bottle. A closure (12) has a head (31) and cylindrical shank (32) extending therefrom. The head has a surface (34) facing toward the shank with a portion that is inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the closure and complementary to the bottle's inclined surface. O-rings (47, 48) are carried by the shank providing frictional engagment that is greater than a user can apply by pulling upwards on the closure (12). The inclined surfaces cooperate to cam the closure upwards until the O-rings have cleared the neck to thereafter permit pulling the closure from the bottle.
