摘要： Centrifugal separation apparatus (110) for removing contaminants from a pumped liquid such as engine lubricant comprises separation rotor means (130) spun about axis (124) at high speed by a jet (178) of the liquid impinging upon impulse turbine blades (174). The rotor includes a separation and containment vessel (132) having impervious side wall (134) spaced from the rotation axis and at least one end wall (138) open at (142) permit liquid to leave the vessel as fast as it can enter, so that a zone (140) is defined adjacent side wall (134) that holds a volume of liquid much less than the whole volume encompassed by the vessel walls and filled in conventional high speed separators. Lower inertia and reduced pressure gradients in the liquid permits it to be spaced further from the axis than is conventional, with improved separation efficiency. Liquid may be supplied to the zone (140) in any convenient manner but as show spent turbine liquid (178') is collected on a rotating surface (158) of a divider wall (152) that spreads and/or directs the liquid to transfer passages (164) from which it is flung centrifugally to the separation zone (140). The outer side wall (134) of the vessel which collects contaminants may be replaceable attachment to the divider wall/turbine part.

摘要： Ansaugvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine, enthaltend insbesondere einen Leistungskanal (14) und einen Drehmomentkanal (17) für die Ansaugung von Verbrennungsluft, die von einem Sammelraum (12) abgehen. Der Leistungskanal (14) lässt sich in bekannter Weise durch einen Drehschieber (13) verschließen. Vorteilhafterweise ist jedoch auch im Drehmomentkanal (17) ein Magnetventil (18) zum schnellen Öffnen und Schließen desselben angeordnet. Dieses lässt sich vorteilhaft dazu verwenden, in der sogenannten Leistungsstellung den Drehmomentkanal vollständig zu verschließen, wodurch eine Überlagerung von Strömungseffekten zwischen beiden Kanälen wirkungsvoll verhindert werden kann. Hierdurch lässt sich die Leistung der Brennkraftmaschine in der sogenannten Leistungsstellung der beiden Ventile steigern. Gleichzeitig kann das Magnetventil (18) in an sich bekannter Weise als Lufttaktventil verwendet werden.

Um zu vermeiden, daß am Werkzeug (3) Strukturierungen zur Übertragung der Vibrationsbewegung notwendig sind, die sich auf dem Bauteil (1) abzeichnen würden, ist vorgesehen, daß das vibrierende Bauteil (1) mindestens eine reliefartig ausgebildete Vertiefung (5) oder Erhöhung (6) aufweist, über die die Vibrationsbewegung (7) vom Werkzeug (3) auf das vibrierende Bauteil (1) übertragen wird. The invention also relates to an associated device or a cooling device as well as a fuel distribution ramp produced according to the inventive method.
