a backrest (148), having a backrest top edge and a backrest bottom edge, wherein the backrest bottom edge is articulately disposed adjacent to the seat pan rear edge; and
a headrest (150), having a headrest top edge and a headrest bottom edge, wherein the headrest bottom edge is articulately disposed adjacent to the backrest top edge;
wherein the seat pan (144), the backrest (148), and the headrest (150) are positionable with respect to one another such that the seat is configurable into at least one of a taxi, takeoff and landing position, a napping position, and a sleeping position, and
wherein the first pivot point remains in a substantially fixed position for the taxi, takeoff and landing position and the napping position;
a swivel disposed beneath and supporting the seat, permitting the seat to rotate about a pivotal axis;
first and second armrests (152, 154) disposed on either side of the seat pan;
a first control (156) positioned in the first armrest, the first control being provided to lock and unlock movement of the seat in at least one of lateral and longitudinal directions;

摘要： A thermo-acoustic insulation module for an aircraft includes a fiber batt defining an exterior side, an interior side, a thickness between the exterior side and the interior side, and a periphery. The thermo-acoustic insulation module also includes a mass layer disposed at least on the exterior side of the fiber batt, on the interior side of the fiber batt, or between the exterior side and the interior side of the fiber batt. An exterior encapsulating sheet is disposed exteriorly to the exterior side of the fiber batt. Similarly, an interior encapsulating sheet disposed interiorly to the interior side of the fiber batt. A peripheral seam connects the exterior encapsulating sheet to the interior encapsulating sheet adjacent to the periphery of the fiber batt, thereby creating an envelope encapsulating the fiber batt.

The linkage assembly (40) is displaceable to apply a force to move the winglet (20) between the extended position and the folded position during flight of the aircraft.
