    • A process of production of three-dimensional products from wire (1) or other suitable material, which method may be implemented in a system (8) comprising an advancement mechanism (9), a straightening mechanism (11), a length measuring arrangement (18) towards which advances the material (1), a gripper arrangement (14) suitable to hold the material with fixed grippers (15) and simultaneously with other grippers (16) to twist it to a desired angle around its longitudinal axis (X), and a bending mechanism (12) that can bend the material plastically in one plane and simultaneously can rotate at a desired angle around the longitudinal axis (X) of the wire (1) so that it may generate bends in different planes. The system (8) implementing the process may also carry a cutting arrangement (13). The process of production of three-dimensional products affords the ability of choosing and energizing within the same product shape either the gripper arrangement (14) or the bending mechanism (12) thus providing the flexibility of bettering the times of production of various three-dimensional shapes.

    • Procédé de dressage de fils métalliques à section transversale circulaire, caractérisé par le passage d'un fil dans une succession de trous circulaires formés soit sur des corps solides (par exemple des plaques) (Figure 1a, 1b), soit par des paires de cylindres tangentiels selon une ligne droite parallèle à leurs axes, lesquels peuvent être entraînés indépendamment les uns des autres. Les trous sont formés par des rainures à section transversale en demi-cercle ménagées à la surface des cylindres dans un plan vertical par rapport aux axes de ceux-ci, le trou circulaire (Figure 2) étant formé par les deux rainures au niveau de la ligne de contact entre les deux corps. Les corps portant les trous (plaques), ou les paires de cylindres formant des trous au niveau de leurs points de contact, s'animent d'un mouvement de translation circulaire (Figure 1a) dans un plan vertical par rapport au sens de l'avance du fil, ce qui provoque un fléchissement de type cyclique du fil au niveau de son point de contact instantané avec la circonférence du trou. Par ailleurs, le fil avance sous l'action soit d'un mécanisme extérieur dans le cas des trous ménagés dans les plaques, soit de la rotation coordonnée des paires de cylindres (entraînés par un mécanisme indépendant), et de l'avance du fil dû aux forces de frottement subies par les rainures pendant le mouvement de translation circulaire, et dans le même sens que la rotation des cylindres.

    • Systems and processes for feeding longitudinal wires in a mesh 3 production machine. Mesh 3 is produced by the welding of longitudinal wires 2 with transverse wires 6 at a welding unit 27. The longitudinal wires may be pulled from decoiler reel 40, straightened, and then deposited in longitudinals storage 19. They are then received by a longitudinals carrier 15 and transported towards welding unit 27. The longitudinal wires 2 are selectively rotated around their longitudinal axes with selected angle, and restrained until their welding with the transverse wires. This negates effects of any possible curvature acquired during their straightening with rollers 9, so that after their welding, the resulting mesh 3 is produced planar with the distortion stresses neutralized.

    • Method and machine for production of three-dimensional stirrups (1a) with two converging legs (4,5), from rods, wire or other material of any cross-section, wherein first is produced with the aid of a bending head (19) by making two bending operations a planar stirrup (9) with parallel legs. Afterwards, utilizing a mechanism (25) located immediately following this bending head (19), which mechanism includes an arm (16) that may move in reciprocation with the aid of a suitable mechanism (18) and has a hook (17) at its end, the free leg (5) of the planar stirrup (9) is trapped by the hook (17). This trapped free leg (5) is pulled towards the opposite leg (4) as arm (16) reciprocates, covering an appropriate distance. Finally, the third dimension is generated by bending simultaneously at locations (12, 13) with a suitable bending mechanism (22) that is located after the mechanism (25).
