摘要： A method to produce olefins comprising preheating a reaction feed, firing a conversion reactor, subjecting the reaction feed to a conversion in the conversion reactor, withdrawing a product gas from the conversion reactor, and cooling the product gas withdrawn from the conversion reactor is proposed, wherein said preheating and said cooling comprises transferring heat from said product gas or a part thereof to said reaction feed or a part thereof using a thermal energy recovery assembly comprising one or more inner passages and one or more outer passages coaxially surrounding said inner passage(s), said preheating and said cooling further comprises passing said reaction feed or said part thereof through said outer passage(s) of said thermal energy recovery assembly and passing said product gas or said part thereof through said inner passage(s) of said thermal energy recovery assembly, said thermal energy recovery assembly comprises one or more heat transfer enhancement structures to enhance heat transfer from said inner passage(s) to said outer passage(s), said firing the reactor comprises providing an oxidator gas at an oxidator gas temperature level of more than 400 °C using an oxidator gas preheating system and combusting a fuel gas comprising hydrogen using said oxidator gas at the fuel gas temperature level, and said thermal energy recovery assembly is configured to meet a set of operating constraints including a first temperature constraint relating to an outside temperature of a containment of said inner passage of said thermal energy recovery assembly and a second temperature constraint relating to an inside temperature of the containment of said inner passage of said thermal energy recovery assembly. Corresponding apparatus is also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention relates to an industrial production plant (100) comprising at least one reactor (102) for producing a flue gas and comprising a heat exchanger system (1) having a first heat exchanger section (3) for heat exchange between the flue gas and a fluid and a second heat exchanger section (4) for heat exchange between the flue gas and reaction air for the reactor (102), which can be preheated by means of the second heat exchanger section (4). The first heat exchanger section (3) is configured as a double-tube heat exchanger (5) with first tubes (7) each arranged one-way in a respective first jacket tube (9), and the second heat exchanger section (4) is configured as a tube bundle heat exchanger (25) with a tube bundle of second tubes (27) arranged in a second jacket tube (29) and each arranged one-way in the jacket tube (29). The flue gas can flow through the first and second tubes (7, 27). The double tube heat exchanger (5) and the tube bundle heat exchanger (25) are arranged vertically. The respective upper ends of the first and second tubes (7, 27) are connected together via a pipeline (23). The flue gas flows upwards through the doubled tube each exchanger (5) and downwards through the tube bundle heat exchanger (25).

According to the invention the inlet means (19) have a shut-off device (41) for shutting off the fluid flow of the second medium into the heat exchanger chamber (27), and a bypass device (37) connects the inlet means (29) and the outlet means (21) to lead the fluid flow of the second medium at least partly past the heat exchanger chamber (27), wherein the shut-off device (41) is arranged downstream of the bypass device (37) in the flow direction of the second medium.

The root weld is performed such that spattering of root weld material is prevented. The filler welding tool 120 is utilized to fill the gap 400. The support member 130 is provided for applying an outward thrust to ensure shrinkage of the filler and root weld materials longitudinally and radially outward, preventing pressing out of the filler and root weld materials along the inner circumferential surfaces side 230, 330.
