摘要： An oscillator circuit (100) comprising a VCO (105), the VCO comprising a resonator (115) coupled to a first amplifier (110), with an output signal from the resonator (115) being arranged to be the output signal from the VCO. The oscillator circuit (100) also comprises an amplifier (120) connected to receive the output signal from the VCO, with the output signal of the amplifier (120) being arranged to be the output signal from the oscillator circuit. In the oscillator circuit (100), the second amplifier is arranged to provide the VCO with a feedback signal which is in phase with the phase of the output signal from the VCO, and the second amplifier (120) is arranged to have an amplifier gain as a function of frequency which is such that the amplitude of the output signal from the oscillator circuit (100) is constant over an operational frequency range of the oscillator circuit.
