摘要： Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Entnehmen eines gerahmten Wafers aus einer Waferablage vorgeschlagen, die einen Zugang zum Ablegen oder Entnehmen des gerahmten Wafers aufweist, wobei der abgelegte gerahmte Wafer einen dem Zugang zugewandten vorderen Rahmenrand und die Waferablage mindestens ein Waferablage-Randkontaktelement zur Anlage an den rückwärtigen Rahmenrand aufweist, mit einer Waferaufnahme zur Aufnahme des gerahmten Wafers, die dazu eingerichtet ist, den Wafer senkrecht zur Waferebene zu haltern und so der Waferablage zu entnehmen, und mindestens ein Waferaufnahme-Randkontaktelement aufweist, das zur Anlage an den vorderen Rahmenrand angeordnet und eingerichtet sind, und mit einer Antriebes- und Steuereinrichtung, die dazu eingerichtet ist, die Waferaufnahme längs einer vorgegebenen Bewegungsbahn in den Zugang der Waferablage hineinzuführen und aus diesem herauszuführen, wobei jedes Waferaufnahme-Randkontaktelement in Richtung der Bewegungsbahn federnd gelagert ist und die Waferaufnahme von einer ersten Position, in der sich jedes Waferaufnahme-Randkontaktelement mit Abstand vor dem vorderen Rahmenrand befindet, in eine zweite Position, in der jedes Waferaufnahme-Randkontaktelement an dem vorderen Rahmenrand anliegt, der rückwärtige Rahmenrand an dem Waferablage-Randkontaktelement anliegt und die Federlagerung jedes Waferaufnahme-Randkontaktelements um einen vorgegebenen Federweg gestaucht ist, und zurück verschiebbar ist. Es wird auch ein Verfahren zum Entnehmen eines gerahmten Wafers aus einer Waferablage vorgeschlagen.

摘要： A method and a hand-held device for dermaplaning is disclosed that includes a blade with a safety cage forming an assembly removably mounted to a housing. The dermaplaning device is configured to limit the depth that the blade can penetrate the skin which makes the device safe for use by non-professionals. The dermaplaning device is electrically powered to cause the blade to vibrate at a predetermined frequency. Various embodiments of the hand-held dermaplaning device are disclosed for vibrating the blade. In accordance with an important aspect of the invention, the blade includes a safety guard for limiting the amount of penetration of the blade into the facial skin to enable the device to be safely used by non-professionals.
