    • The present invention is a metering feeder provided with the following: an annular transport space (5) formed by an outer cylinder (2), an inner cylinder (1), and a bottom plate (4); a central rotating blade (7) provided on a rotating shaft in the center of the bottom plate (4); an outer rotating ring (8) connected to the tip of the central rotating blade (7); a plurality of outer rotating blades (9) provided on the outer rotating ring (8) so as to point inwards; and a rotating disc (10) in which a powder/granular-material discharge groove (17) is formed, the top surface of said rotating disc (10) lying in the same plane as the top surface of the bottom plate (4). The outer rotating blades (9) scrape the powder/granular material in the annular transport space (5) into the powder/granular-material discharge groove (17), which transports said powder/granular material outside the outer cylinder (2). This metering feeder is further provided with a vertically-movable scraper (18) for supplying large amounts of the powder/granular material and a fixed small scraper (19) for supplying small amounts thereof. Said scrapers block the flow of the powder/granular material in the powder/granular-material discharge groove (17) in the rotating disc (10) and guide same to a discharge opening (13). This configuration makes it possible to increase the precision with which the powder/granular material is supplied.
