Using the concentrations of Cho and TG thus detected, the concentration of cholesterol ester (CE) or free cholesterol (FC) is calculated. Further, using the concentration of cholesterol ester (CE) or free cholesterol (FC) thus calculated, the concentration of lipoprotein particles in a fraction can be calculated.
