    • There is provided a wet granulation apparatus capable of effectively separating mediums while maintaining an appropriate granulation treatment. The wet granulation apparatus uses beads to disperse a target material supplied through an introduction opening (54a), and separates the target material from beads and discharges the separated target material to an insertion opening (55a). The wet granulation apparatus includes: a housing (2); a rotary container (5) rotatably supported on the housing (2); a container rotating mechanism (6) for rotating the container (5); a dispersing rotor disposed in the container (5) and defining a treatment gap (S) in cooperation with an inner wall surface of the container (5), the dispersing rotor including a medium discharge opening (71 a) formed in a circumferential wall thereof for allowing granulation mediums having moved in the cylinder through the treatment gap (S) to be discharged to the treatment gap (S); a rotor rotating mechanism (8) for rotating the dispersing rotor (7) relatively to the container (5); and a screen (9) disposed in the dispersing rotor (7) for guiding the target material having been introduced in the dispersing rotor (7) through the treatment gap (S) to the insertion opening (55a).

    • The present invention can suppress variations in dispersion and grinding processing, apply stable shearing force to a material to be processed, and also enable efficient dispersion and grinding. The present invention has a supply portion (10A) for supplying a material to be processed, a processing portion (10B) for subjecting the material to be processed to dispersion or grinding processing, and a discharge portion (10C) for discharging the processed material from the processing portion (10B). The processing portion (10B) includes a stator (12b) having an inner cavity (12d), and a rotor (11b) provided in the inner cavity (12d) and rotatable about an axis of the stator. The material to be processed is processed in a gap (Gt) between an outer peripheral surface of the rotor (11b) and an inner peripheral surface of the stator (12b), the inner peripheral surface facing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor (11b). The inner peripheral surface of the stator (12b) and the outer peripheral surface of the rotor (11b) are circular in a cross section orthogonally intersecting the axis of the rotor (11b) and linear in a cross section bearing the axis. The gap (Gt) is constant in the circumferential direction and the axial direction.
