      R 1 Benzyl, Alkoxybenzyl mit 1 - 3 C-Atomen im Alkylteil, Phenyl, ein- bis dreifach durch Amino, Acyl, Halogen, Nitro, CN, AO-, Carboxyl, Sulfonyl, A-O-CO-, A-CO-NH-, A-CO-NA-, Carbamoyl, N-Alkylcarbamoyl, N,N-Dialkylcarbamoyl (mit 1 - 6 C-Atomen im Alkylteil), A-O-CO-NH-, A-O-CO-NA-, SO 2 NR 4 R 5 (R 4 und R 5 H oder Alkyl mit 1 - 6 C-Atomen sein können oder NR 4 R 5 ein 5- oder 6-gliedriger Ring, wahlweise mit anderen Heteroatomen wie N, S, O, der durch A substituiert sein kann) A-CO-NH-SO 2 -, A-CO-NA-SO 2 -, A-SO 2 -NH-, A-SO 2 -NA-, (A-SO 2 -) 2 N-, Tetrazolyl oder Phosphonyl-substituiertes Phenyl; oder Pyridyl
      R 2 Alkyl mit 1 - 5 C-Atomen, Alkoxycarbonylalkyl, Hydroxyalkyl, Hydroxycarbonylalkyl
      R 3 H, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 - 5 C-Atomen, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkoxy mit 1 - 5 C-Atomen, durch Fluor oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl, Aminoalkanoyl, Aminoalkyl, Carbamoyl, SO 2 NR 4 R 5 ( R 4 und R 5 H , Alkyl mit 1 - 6 C-Atomen oder NR 4 R 5 ein 5- oder 6-gliedriger Ring, wahlweise mit anderen Heteroatomen wie N, S, O , der durch A substituiert sein kann)
      A geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 - 6 C-Atomen, geradkettiges oder verzweigtes, durch Fluor oder Chlor substituiertes Alkyl mit 1 - 6 C-Atomen
      bedeuten, sowie deren physiologisch unbedenklichen Salze.
      Teil der Erfindung sind auch Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Verbindungen, insbesondere aber deren Verwendung als selektive Inhibitoren der cGMP spezifischen Phosphodiesterase (cGMP PDE) und damit als pharmazeutisch wirksame Verbindungen.

      the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, which by virtue of their ability to selectively inhibit PDE IV, are bronchodilatory and anti-inflammatory and so are useful in the treatment of acute and chronic bronchial asthma and associated pathologies.
