摘要： A compact image sequence descriptor (101), used for describing an image sequence, comprises a segment global descriptor (113) for at least one segment within the sequence, which includes global descriptor information for respective images, relating to interest points within the video content of the images. The segment global descriptor (113) includes a base descriptor (121), which is a global descriptor associated with a representative frame (120) of the image sequence, and a number of relative descriptors (125). The relative descriptors contain information of a respective global descriptor relative to the base descriptor allowing to reconstruct an exact or approximated global descriptor associated with a respective image of the image sequence. The image sequence descriptor (101) may further include a segment local descriptor (114) for a segment, comprising a set of encoded local feature descriptors.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a homogenous solution of a fluoropolymer, selected from fluoro-homopolymers and fluoro-copolymers and mixtures of various fluoro-homopolymers and/or fluoro-copolymers in a high boiling solvent, whereby (a) the fluoropolymer to be dissolved is dissolved in a mixture of at least two solvents, the first comprising a boiling point of less than 150°C, and/or a vapor pressure of over 5 hPa (at 20°C), and the second being a high boiling solvent comprising a boiling point at least 50 K higher than the first solvent and/or the boiling point thereof being selected so that the solvent mixture comprises a separation factor α of ≥1, and subsequently (b) the first solvent is substantially or completely removed from the mixture. The invention further relates to a method for producing suspensions of inorganic particles of a piezoelectrically and pyroelectrically active or activatable oxide in such fluoropolymer solutions and to the products of said method. The colorless fluoropolymer solutions and opaque white suspensions are suitable for producing laminar piezoelectric and pyroelectric coatings, in particular using doctor blade or screen printing methods.

摘要： The present invention relates to a blood pump, in particular pneumatic heart assist device, used as a partially or completely implantable device for treatment of human heart diseases. According to the invention, the selected or all surfaces of elastic elements (1) of the device, made of plastic, in particular of polyurethane, such as the membrane or heart valves, are covered with at least two-layer coating (4) between 5 nm and 500 nm thick (c). The base buffer layer of the coating is made of nanocrystalline titanium or titanium based materials (2). The base layer of the coating is covered with at least one layer made of titanium nitride (3) and/or titanium carbonitride (5), each of them having nanocrystalline structure. In a preferred embodiment the base buffer layer made of nano-crystalline titanium or titanium based materials (2) is covered with at least one layer made of titanium nitride (3) and at least one layer made of titanium carbonitride (5). It is also preferred when the thickness of the base buffer layer made of nanocrystalline titanium or titanium based materials (2) constitutes between 1 % and 50 % of the thickness (c) of the whole coating (4), and the thickness (c) of the whole coating (4) is between 20 nm and 100 nm, most preferred 50 nm.
