摘要： The present invention proposes a method for providing a rubber-elastic sealing member onto a capsule (1) intended for producing a beverage in a beverage production device, wherein the capsule has a body portion (3) having a side wall (3a) and a flange-like rim portion (2), wherein the rim portion (2) extends from the side wall (3a) of the body portion (3), the method comprising the steps of : - applying an uncured sealing composition (4) in a liquid or viscous state onto the rim portion (2) of the capsule (1), - heating said applied sealing composition (4) such that the sealing composition at least partially migrates towards the side wall (3a) until it reaches the side wall, and - curing the sealing composition (4) after the migration towards the side wall (3a).

摘要： A plate-like grid (24) where beam passage holes (26) are formed and a plate-like forming die (36a) are provided. The forming die has spacer forming holes (40a) and has hole forming portions (56a) that are located around the individual spacer forming holes so as to define the spacer forming holes and are formed of an ultraviolet ray transmission material. The forming die is brought into close contact with a surface of the grid to form an assemble body comprising the forming die and the grid. Either before or after the assemble body is formed, a spacer forming material (46) with ultraviolet curing characteristics is filled in each of the spacer forming holes of the forming die. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated, directly or by transmitting them through the hole forming portions, to the spacer forming material in order to cure the space forming material. After that, the forming die is separated from the grid with the cured spacer forming material left on the grid.

摘要： The panel assembly comprises a panel (2) and a gasket (1) adhered to the panel and extending along at least a portion of the periphery. For producing the panel assembly a curable composition is applied either directly or indirectly onto the panel and onto a mould surface (6) onto which the panel has been positioned. When being applied on the mould surface, the curable composition has a dynamic viscosity which is lower than the dynamic viscosity of extrusion materials. In this way, a better surface quality can be achieved without having to exert a high pressure onto the curable composition. In contrast to the known RIM processes, the curable composition is not injected in a closed mould but is applied onto an open mould surface by means of an applicator device (9) moving along at least said portion of the periphery of the panel (2). In this way, cheaper moulds can be used and in particular moulds made of a soft, resilient material (8).
