摘要： A a catalyst for oxidative dehydrogenation of organic compounds is provided by forming a solution of catalyst precursor components comprising Fe
+3 and Zn
+2 cations and at least one other modifier element cation in water to form an aqueous solution of the catalyst precursor components. The modifier element cation has a standard reduction potential of greater than or equal to -2.87 E°(V) to less than or equal to -0.036 E°(V) with a valence of +2. A base is separately and simultaneously added to the aqueous solution in amounts to maintain the pH of the aqueous solution at a pH of about 8.5 to about 9.5 as the catalyst precursor components. The catalyst precursor components are allowed to react and precipitate out of solution as a precipitate. The resulting precipitate is calcined to form a modified zinc ferrite catalyst compound.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a catalyst for xylene isomerization, including: a carrier including a zeolite, having a molar ratio of silica to alumina of 20 ~ 100, impregnated with or mixed with a metal salt (I) having an amount of a metal component of 0.05 ~ 5.0 wt% relative to a zeolite, and an inorganic binder, in which an amount of the zeolite is 10 - 90 wt% based on the total amount of the carrier, wherein the carrier is supported with a VIII group metal such that an amount of the VIII group metal is 0.001 ~ 3.0 wt% based on a total amount of the catalyst, or is supported with the VII group metal additionally supported with tin, bismuth or lead such that an amount of the tin, bismuth or lead is 0.01-5.0 wt% based on the total amount of the catalyst, and a method of producing the catalyst. The catalyst for xylene isomerization is advantageous in that, when xylene or C8 aromatic compounds are isomerized using the catalyst, the ethylbenzene conversion is increased while the xylene loss is decreased, compared to conventional technologies.

preparation of solutions based on derivatives of the components of the catalytic system;
mixing of the solutions prepared and optional aging;
drying of the solution obtained;
first heating, in the presence of air, of the solid obtained from the drying at a temperature ranging from room value to a temperature of between 290 and 310°C, for a time ranging from 1 to 3 hours;
optional second heating, in the presence of air, of the solid for a time ranging from 0.5 to 2 hours at a constant temperature, ranging from 290 to 310°C, reached in the first heating;
additional heating, in the presence of air, of the solid for a time ranging from 2 to 4 hours at the calcination temperature ranging from 600 to 850°C;
