摘要： The invention relates to a modular microreaction system comprising a housing and functional base modules accommodated in said housing that has at least one fluid inlet and at least one fluid outlet. The base modules are arranged one behind the other in a line and in the housing and are configured in such a way that said modules can be successively flown through by a fluid. At least some of the base modules are constructed from several plate-like, essentially rectangular foils which are fixedly or detachably connected to each other and are arranged in layers one on top of the other and thus form a stack of foils. One or more of the foils are provided with microstructured channels, sensor elements, heating elements or combinations thereof on one or both surfaces. Each foil stack is provided with at least one foil that is provided with channels on the surface thereof. The channels are embodied in such a way that said channels run from one side of the foil stack to the opposite or an adjacent side of the foil stack for fluid guidance. The aim of the invention is to provide a variable microreaction system that is easy to handle. The base modules (2, 2', 2'') have at least one frame element respectively which is fixedly or detachably connected to the foil stack in an essentially fluid-tight manner. The foil stack, together with the frame elements, can be inserted into and removed from the housing (1), whereby said stack and said frame elements form a unit.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a micromixer for producing a dispersion. During the production of dispersions using static micromixers, the distribution of the achieved particle sizes cannot be adjusted directly. The aim of the invention is to provide a method for producing a dispersion of two liquids A and B which allows the distribution of particle sizes to be adjusted. This is achieved firstly by splitting a liquid stream of liquid A into spatially separate liquid laminae and combining said laminae with a liquid stream of liquid B. Mechanical oscillations assist the fragmentation of the liquids into the particles which form the dispersion. A corresponding micromixer has a housing (60a, 60b), a mixing element (62) for splitting at least one liquid stream into liquid laminae, a mixing area and at least one mechanical oscillator (65).

The matrix switch for optical fibers has a simple, compact design. It enables high-precision optical fiber connection involving relatively low switching times.

The large surface to volume relationship, however, also leads to large heat losses from the reaction area to the surrounding area during counter flow feeding of the educt and product streams, whereby the use of these microreactors is limited when carrying out chemical reactions at high temperatures. The aim of the invention is to minimize these heat losses. To this end, the method provides that the educt and production streams are fed in a spiral-like or radial manner to or from the reaction area (4) arranged in a central area of the microreactor (1). In at least one plane, the reaction area (4) is surrounded by the educt and product streams, said streams being guided toward one another in the counter stream, such that the yielded reaction heat is, to a large extent, fed to the reaction area again. As a result, the area of application of the microreactors is decisively expanded with regard to reactions carried out a high temperatures. The invention also relates to a corresponding microreactor in various designs.
