摘要： Using a single bobbin (23), this invention makes the respective turn counts of windings (22) in an axial-air-gap rotating electric machine the same and minimizes the lengths of connecting wires between continuous windings regardless of the continuous turn count, the direction in which each winding is wound, and whether the number of stages is odd or even. The aforementioned bobbin (23), which has a tubular shape that substantially matches the exterior shape of a core (21), is provided with flanges (23b) that extend outwards from near the respective openings in the bobbin (23). One of said flanges (23b) has two first notches (10a, 10b), and the other flange (23b) has at least one second notch (10c). The axial positions of the starting ends and finishing ends of coils (22) on adjacent stator cores (20) are the same, and the flanges containing the notches through which the ends of said coils (22) are run are on the same side with respect to the abovementioned openings.

摘要： Provided are a radial core type brushless direct-current (BLDC) motor and a method of making the same, having an excellent assembly capability of division type stator cores in a double rotor structure BLDC motor. The BLDC motor includes a rotational shaft, an integrated double rotor including an inner rotor and an outer rotor, and a rotor supporter wherein a trench type space is formed between the inner rotor and the outer rotor, and an end extended from the inner rotor is connected with the outer circumferential surface of a bushing combined with the rotational shaft, and an integrated stator wherein one end of the stator is disposed in the trench type space and an extension axially extended from the other end of the integrated stator is fixed to the housing of the apparatus. In the integrated stator, U, V, W phase coil assemblies are formed of a number of core groups including a number of division type cores, wherein for each phase coil assembly, the division type core groups of the U, V, W phase coil assemblies are alternately disposed in an annular form in sequence of the phases, and the respective division type core groups are integrally formed into a single body in annular form by a stator support.

摘要： An electric machine having a stator assembly that includes a stator core and a coil supported by the stator core and a rotor assembly that includes a shaft and a rotor supported by the shaft that is in magnetic interaction with the stator core. The electric machine may include a single sensor configured to detect magnetic polarities of the rotor as the rotor rotates relative to the sensor and to generate a signal representing the detected magnetic polarities of the rotor. The signal and an inverted version of the signal are utilized to control current through the coil. The sensor may be encapsulated on a circuit board to positively position the sensor relative to the circuit board. The circuit board may be mounted to a bearing housing of the electric machine. The sensor may be received in a pocket of a bearing housing of the electric machine so the sensor is positively positioned relative to the rotor. The rotor may be connected to the shaft with an encapsulation material. The rotor may be formed as a single cylinder of ferrite. A tapered air gap may be formed between a portion of the stator core and a corresponding portion of the rotor. The electric machine may be a C-frame electric motor with the I-bar portion formed of grain-oriented electric steel.
