    • Provided is a stud locking device (1) which is capable of mounting a target member (51) such as an undercover to a support member (52) such as a panel of an automotive vehicle, readily and reliably. The stud locking device (1) comprises a first clip (10) and a second clip (30) for clamping the target member (51) from both sides thereof, wherein it is configured to be lockedly engaged with a stud (70) to thereby mount the target member (51) to the support member (52). The first clip (10) has a hollow inner cylindrical portion (12) insertable into a mounting hole (53) of the target member (51), a flange (11) provided at one end of the inner cylindrical portion (12), and locking pawls (13a, 13b) formed inside the inner cylindrical portion (12) and engageable with thread ridges of the stud (70). The second clip (30) has a hollow outer cylindrical portion (32) capable of receiving therein the inner cylindrical portion (12) of the first clip (10), and a flange (31) provided at one end of the outer cylindrical portion (32). The first clip (10) has a taper portion (14) tapered from an upper surface of the flange thereof toward the inner cylindrical portion (12) along a central axis thereof, whereby a tip of the stud (70) can be seen from the upper surface of the flange (11) through the taper portion (14).

    • A blind rivet fastening device in which a passage for collecting broken mandrels is provided other than on the axis of the motor. A large collection chamber is provided for broken mandrels. A collection chamber for broken mandrels is provided in front of a brushless electric motor in the axial direction. When the electric motor rotates, power from the electric motor is transmitted to a spindle positioned to the rear of the collection chamber via a second shaft positioned below the collection chamber. When the spindle rotates, a pulling head moves in the axial direction. The axial position of the pulling head is determined by detecting the rotation count of the electric motor. Forward rotation, reverse rotation, and stopping of the electric motor are controlled based on the operation of a trigger and the axial position of the pulling head. Excessive torque is avoided by clutches.
