A fluid dispenser package comprises a compressible body (12) having a substantially tubular profile with a cleft (44) within the profile extending longitudinally to the body (12) profile from a top end (40) of the profile to a location intermediate along the profile to form a tapering cleft (44) within the body (12) profile; and a head (18) comprising a cap structure (20) and a nozzle (24) communicatively connected through the cap to form a continuous passage (36) through the head (18) from an interior fitting side to an exterior fluid expressing side, wherein the head (18) is removably stored at the body (12) top end (40) in a connection reversed to an operating connection with the nozzle (24) cradled in the cleft (44) within the tubular profile of the flexible body (12). A method of applying a viscous fluid to a target area comprises positioning a compressible viscous fluid dispenser (10) comprising an angled dispensing nozzle (24) at an angle from a perpendicular of the dispenser (10) to the target area and compressing the dispenser (10) to express viscous fluid directly onto the target.

摘要： A container including a nozzle and body depending therefrom. The body is preferably tubular and defines an interior which retains a product to be dispensed. A cap engages the nozzle to prevent inadvertent release of the product. In order to dispense the product, the cap is removed and pressure is applied to the body and the nozzle allows release of the product. The nozzle releases the product without exposing the remaining product to the external atmosphere, thus the sterility of the interior of the body is maintained and the shelf life of the product is increased. The nozzle includes an inner body, coupled to the tubular body, surrounded by a flexible outer cover. A seam between the inner body and flexible outer cover forms a one-way release valve wherein a portion of the seam remains closed during dispensing the product.

摘要： A one-piece container closure with a collar, stiff planar triangular leaflets attached by linear hinges to the collar, and thin flexible foldable webs attached to and extending between the leaflets. The leaflets are flat with the webs folded beneath in closed closure position. The leaflets are pivoted upwardly with webs unfolded therebetween in open position. An integral cap is attached to the collar by a snap-action bow-tie hinge. A central pin on the cap seals with the leaflets when the cap is closed. The closure is integrally molded in open position with raised leaflets and unfolded webs, leaflets then being lowered and the webs folded to closed position while the closure is still warm, the cap then being closed, and the closed closure then being annealed to establish the elastic positional memory of the leaflets and hinges in the closed position when product is not being dispensed through the closure.

摘要： Components are provided for use in systems for dispensing fluids. A resilient diaphragm (34) is provided for a diaphragm pump (30). The diaphragm (34) includes a pressurizing portion (52) and annular base wall (54) connected with a connecting member (58) to a peripheral mounting flange (60) for mounting the diaphragm (34) in the housing (32) of the pump (30). The pump housing (32) has a retention wall (70) which can be swaged against the diaphragm flange (60). The pump housing (32) has a discharge structure (36) with an outlet valve (38) and a restraint structure (130, 132) adjacent the valve (38) to prevent in-venting through the outlet valve (38).
