摘要： A bearing unit (1) for a vehicle wheel has a radially outer stationary ring (10) and a radially inner rotatable ring (20) together defining a space (3). The stationary outer ring (10) is provided with an axial lug (14') and with a flange (14) transverse to an axis of rotation (A). An annular channel (16) is formed between the axial lug (14') and the flange (14) and is delimited axially by a bottom surface (17). An encoder (30) is fixed onto the inner ring (20) and extends outside of the space (3) and in front of the axial lug (14'). A protective cover (40) is provided with a side wall (42) to mount the cover (40) on the outer cylindrical surface (12) on the axial lug (14') so as to protect the encoder (30) and to close off the space (3) between the rings (10, 20). The cover (40) is equipped with a bent edge (43) arranged axially in abutment against the bottom surface (17) of the annular channel (16). A solidified sealant (50) is arranged between the cylindrical side wall (42) of the cover (40) and the tubular axial lug (14') so as to seal in a leaktight manner the cylindrical side wall (42) on the outer cylindrical surface (12).

摘要： The invention relates to a needle sleeve (1), in particular for pivotably mounting the throttle valve shaft of a control device for recirculating exhaust gas in internal combustion engines, which substantially comprises a thin-walled outer ring (2) shaped without removing material and a needle bearing collar (3) inserted into said outer ring (2), which needle bearing collar is formed by a multiplicity of bearing needles (4) and a needle cage (5) guiding the bearing needles (4) at uniform intervals in the circumferential direction. The needle sleeve (1) has two radially inwardly directed ribs (6, 7) on the axial side thereof, which hold the needle bearing collar (3) in the outer ring (2), and is formed with a plurality of seals (8, 9), by means of which said ribs are sealed against the through flow of exhaust gas condensate. According to the invention, the outer ring (2) of the needle sleeve (1) is formed as a rib-less cylindrical sleeve, while the seals (8, 9) of the needle sleeve (1) are formed by two lip sealing rings at least partly arranged outside the outer ring (2), pressed against the axial edges (10, 11) of the latter and having an S-shaped cross-sectional profile, which lip sealing rings are simultaneously formed as the inwardly directed ribs (6, 7) of the needle sleeve (1), which hold the needle bearing collar (3) in the outer ring (2), and by means of which lip sealing rings the needle sleeve (1) can be sealed off both statically with respect to a housing enclosing said needle sleeve and also dynamically against the through flow of exhaust gas condensates.
