    • A method of the present disclosure causes a computer of an information apparatus to: display a display screen on the display, the display screen representing each of rooms included in a building; display device icons on the display in units of each room represented on the display screen, each of the device icons representing each of the one or more target devices; when a selection of a first device icon representing a first target device among the one or more target devices is sensed, display a room screen on the display, the room screen representing a room corresponding to the selected first device icon, the displayed room screen including a first operation screen for operating the first target device and a second operation screen for operating a second target device, the first target device corresponding to the selected first device icon, the second target device corresponding to a second device icon other than the selected first device icon, the second target device being arranged in a room represented on the room screen; and output to the network a first control command controlling the first target device based on an operation on the first operation screen or a second control command controlling the second target device based on an operation on the second operation screen.

    • The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for remote intelligent control. The method and the device for remote intelligent control includes: acquiring a trigger event; generating a notification message according to the trigger event; pushing the notification message to a first terminal; by the first terminal, generating a notification message according to the trigger event; receiving a control instruction returned by the first terminal; and controlling a second terminal corresponding to the control instruction according to the control instruction.     • The invention can eliminate the need of hierarchization of existing interfaces, such as conventional control panels, personal computers, and tablet terminals, thereby decreasing erroneous operation using the interfaces of existing facility management systems. The invention comprises: a printed matter, on which a dot pattern, in which a dot code corresponding to the control operation of equipment to be controlled is encoded; storage means that stores a table that includes a correspondence between the dot code and the control operation of the equipment; a remote control device that images the dot pattern, decodes the dot code, and transmits the decoded dot code; and an interface device that performs processing of receiving the dot code, processing of specifying the control operation for the equipment to be controlled based on the dot code, and processing of transmitting the control operation as a control signal to the equipment to be controlled, where the table stored in the storage means includes a correspondence between the dot code and a location where the equipment is installed.

    • Provided is a wall-mount remote controller that allows a cover to be readily detached by a method that does not use the principle of the lever without impairing the aesthetic appearance or breaking a circuit board 50 inside. The wall-mount remote controller includes a base 10 fixable to a wall W and a cover 30 releasably attached to the base, having a box shape with an open rear, and covering a front surface of the base 10. The cover 30 includes a bottom surface 33 having an insertion opening 34 therethrough. In a lower front of the base 10, a spring hook 20 is disposed. The spring hook 20 including a support 21 extending frontward from the front surface of the base 10 and a hook section 23 extending downward from an end of the support 21 and then extending rearward. A hook protrusion 24 is disposed on a lower surface of an extending rear portion of the hook section 23. The hook protrusion 24 is engageable with the insertion opening 34 of the cover 30. The hook protrusion 24 is disengageable from the insertion opening 34 by upward bending of the hook section 23 caused by pressing of the hook protrusion 24 by the tool 60 inserted through the insertion opening 34.
