摘要： A manufacturing method of a pressure sensor (1) that includes a pressure detector (20) having a bottomed cylindrical member (21) with a bottom including a thin-wall portion (210) and a strain detecting mechanism provided on one side of the bottom for detecting a strain of the bottom and a pressure-introducing joint (10) for introducing the fluid to be measured into the bottomed cylindrical member (21) is provided. The method includes: first welding for butt-welding an end of the cylindrical portion (211) of the bottomed cylindrical member (21) and an end of the pressure-introducing joint (10); and second welding for welding the pressure-introducing joint (10) in parallel to a first weld bead (51) formed by the first welding.

摘要： In the manufacture of a physical quantity detector, such as a pressure sensor and a load sensor, comprising a cylindrical part (2) of which one end is closed with a strain generating part (3) and a sensor part (4) formed on the strain generating part, the cylindrical part mentioned above is produced by melting an alloying material having a composition capable of yielding an amorphous alloy, injecting the resultant molten alloy into a metal mold (10, 10a), and cooling the molten alloy in the metal mold to confer amorphousness on the alloy. The metal mold is composed of a split mold having at least two split parts (11, 11a, 12, 12a) for forming a cavity (14) and an insert pin (19) to be inserted into the cavity so as to define the inner configuration of the cylindrical part, or further an insert core (16) to be inserted into the mold so as to form the surface of the cavity corresponding to the surface of the strain generating part. In another embodiment, the cavity is formed so that the parting face of the mold corresponds to the surface of the strain generating part.

In one general aspect, a process for producing a pressure measurement system 100 includes providing an assembly including a stem 112, a pressure detector 120, and a first circuit board 130. The pressure detector is operable to generate a signal based on pressure introduced through the stem, and the circuit board is operable to condition the signal. The process also includes compensating the assembly, determining a signal output type for a pressure measurement system that will include the assembly, and installing a second circuit board 150 that produces the signal output type without materially affecting the compensation.
