    • The invention relates to a method for connecting a first component, in particular a gas-turbine blade, a gas-turbine blade segment (10), or a gas-turbine blade ring, said first component being made of a material that is not suitable for fusion welding, to a second component, in particular to an adapter (13) made of a material that is suitable for fusion welding or to a rotor main part made of a material that is not suitable for fusion welding or of a material that is suitable for fusion welding. According to the invention, the first component is connected to the second component in a first step by forming at least one gas-tight welding seam by means of fusion welding, wherein the composite of the first component and the second component subsequently undergoes a diffusion welding in a second step by means of hot isostatic pressing.
