The filter device is characterized by comprising a reverser and N filters, wherein an inlet for a material to be filtered is formed at a lower end of the side wall of the reverser; N material outlets are formed at an upper end of the side wall of the reverser; a rotor is arranged inside the reverser, and is arranged in a way of rotating around a center shaft; N openings are provided on the side wall of the rotor at positions corresponding to the material outlets of the reverser; one opening of the rotor is communicated with a slag discharge port formed in a bottom of the reverser; the N-1 openings of the rotor are limiting holes with sequentially-increased diameters, and are communicated with the inlet for the material to be filtered at the lower end of the side wall of the reverser; a filter core is mounted inside each of the N filters; and the N-1 filters are communicated with the inlet for the material to be filtered, and the other filter is communicated with the slag discharge port. The present invention reduces the number of filter cores and valves used, cuts costs and effectively controls the flow of each filter.

摘要： A method of filtering contaminants from a fluid is disclosed. A feedstream of fluid containing contaminants is directed into a filter chamber containing a filter element. Part of the feedstream fluid flows in one of: a forward flow direction where it passes in a first direction through a wall of the filter element; and a reverse flow direction where it passes in a second, opposite direction through the wall. The filtrate is directed into a flowline for collection. The feedstream fluid is then arranged to flow through the filter element in the other direction, to remove contaminant material from a surface of the element wall. Following removal of contaminant material, the feedstream fluid is continued to be directed through the wall of the filter element in said other direction, to filter out contaminants from the fluid during flow in said other direction.

摘要： A monitoring system for distributed utilities. A generation device is provided for converting an available resource to a desired utility; the resource may be water, in which case the generator is a purifier for providing potable water, or, alternatively, the generator may convert a fuel to electrical power. In either case, an input sensor is provided for measuring input to the generation device, while an output sensor is provided for measuring consumption of output from the generation device. The monitoring system has a controller for concatenating measured input and consumption of output on the basis of the input and output sensors. Measured parameters are telemetered to a remote site where utility generation and use are monitored and may also be controlled.

摘要： A precoat renewal system for a filter, such as a disc filter. The renewal system includes a plurality of nozzles coupled to spray piping and valving with each nozzle being positioned for spraying an area of one side of a disc. The nozzles and at least a portion of the spray piping is movable such that the nozzles may be displaced relative to the discs. The nozzles and piping are arranged in groups or zones with each zone covering a specified percentage of the discs in the filter and each zone representing about 40 % or less of the surface area of the filter media of the discs in the filter. Each zone is configured such that high pressure fluid may be supplied to that particular zone for removal of a precoat layer on the disc. The system may be configured so that other zones may be concurrently washed with a lower pressure fluid. The zones may be sequentially or otherwise segmentally provided with high pressure fluid until the precoat layers of each respective zone have been removed and renewed. A filter system and a method of treating a precoat layer on a disc-type filter including a plurality of filter discs are also disclosed.
