摘要： A trocar (10) adapted to extend across the body wall (15) into a body cavity, forming a seal around an instrument inserted through the trocar, comprises a cannula (12) having a firt axis extending between proximal and distal ends. A valve housing (23) attached to the proximal end of the cannula (12) forms a working channel with the cannula (12) and includes a rigid housing portion (25) and a flexible housing portion (27). First and second septum valves (61, 67) are formed in an end wall of the flexible housing portion (27) and form separate valve sets (56, 54) with associated zero closure valves (63, 70) disposed within the valve housing (23). The valve sets (56, 54) are sized and configured accommodating different ranges of instrument diameters. The first and second septum valves (61, 67) are offset from the axis of the cannula (12) in normal positions but are movable to positions more aligned with the axis of the cannula (12) due to elastomeric characteristics of the valve housing (23).

Moreover, the treatment tool 50 moves in the axial direction of the outer tube 100 with the allowance amount t with respect to the endoscope 10. Therefore, when the treatment tool 50 is moved in the insertion and removal direction, if the movement is within a range of the allowance amount t, the endoscope 10 does not move in the insertion and removal direction. By providing such allowance amount t, slight movement of the treatment tool is not transmitted to the endoscope.

摘要： A robotic surgical system is configured with rigid, curved cannulas that extend through the same opening into a patient's body. Surgical instruments with passively flexible shafts extend through the curved cannulas. The cannulas are oriented to direct the instruments towards a surgical site. Various port features that support the curved cannulas within the single opening are disclosed. Cannula support fixtures that support the cannulas during insertion into the single opening and mounting to robotic manipulators are disclosed. A teleoperation control system that moves the curved cannulas and their associated instruments in a manner that allows a surgeon to experience intuitive control is disclosed.

摘要： Systems and methods for preventing the seeding of cancerous cells during morcellation of a tissue specimen inside a patient's body and removal of the tissue specimen from inside the patient through a minimally-invasive body opening to outside the patient are provided. One system includes a cut-resistant tissue guard removably insertable into a containment bag. The tissue specimen is isolated and contained within the containment bag and the guard is configured to protect the containment bag and surrounding tissue from incidental contact with sharp instrumentation used during morcellation and extraction of the tissue specimen. The guard is adjustable for easy insertion and removal and configured to securely anchor to the body opening. Protection-focused and containment-based systems for tissue removal are provided that enable minimally invasive procedures to be performed safely and efficiently.

摘要： A full-vagina sleeve cylindrical expansion and pneumoperitoneum integrated device, includes: an elastic embedded ring (1) and a sleeve (2). The elastic embedded ring (1) is made of elastic material and embedded inside a pelvic outlet. The elastic embedded ring (1) is capable of expanding in a natural state inside a vagina to tightly adhere to wall of the vagina, or being inflated into an annular ring which tightly adheres to the vagina wall so as to elastically expand a vagina tissue. The sleeve (2) is made of elastic material or a non-elastic material and is cylinder-shaped. A front end ring of the sleeve (2) is connected with the elastic embedded ring (1), and a rear end ring extends out of the vagina. An operation mask (3) is fixedly provided on the rear end ring. An operation hole (6) and an observation hole (5) which are capable of being sealed are respectively provided on the operation mask (3). The operation mask (3) serves as an end surface sealing plate, in such a manner that an inflatable sealed space is formed inside the vagina and the sleeve (2). The full-vagina sleeve cylindrical expansion and pneumoperitoneum integrated device used as an auxiliary operation instrument is combined with advantages of a conventional peritoneoscope operation and a conventional vaginal operation in gynecology, so as to achieve a more minimal invasion in treating a gynecological disease.
