摘要： The invention relates to a glass ceramic mass, comprising at least one oxide ceramic, containing barium, titanium and at least one rare earth metal Rek and at least one glass material, containing at least one oxide with boron and at least one oxide of a rare earth metal Reg. The glass material further contains either an oxide of a tetravalent metal Me4+, or at least one oxide of a pentavalent metal Me5+. A compression of the glass ceramic mass occurs above all by viscous flow. A low vitrification temperature can thus be achieved. Crystallisation products are produced during and/or after the compression. The rare earth oxide and the crystallisation products can be used to pre-determine each of a dielectric material property of the glass ceramic mass in a wide range such as permittivity (15 - 80), Q (350 - 5000) and Tf value (± 20 ppm/K). The glass ceramic mass is characterised by a vitrification temperature of below 850 °C and can thus find application in LTCC (low temperature cofired ceramics) technology for the integration of a passive electrical component in the volume of a ceramic multi-layer body. Suppression of a lateral shrinkage may be achieved in a composite with a ceramic film blank made from another ceramic material compressed at a higher temperature.

摘要： A bonding wire (W) spool case (20), and a method of handling a spool (10) using the spool case is disclosed with a structure capable of effectively preventing the durability and the holding of the spool from being deteriorated due to the repeated coupling and decoupling operations of the spool with respect to the spool holder while preventing the bonding wire from being contaminated and damaged due to the carelessness of the worker. The bonding wire spool case includes a base (22) having a bottom portion (22a), a sidewall (22b) protruded from the bottom portion in a body at four sides thereof while internally forming a spool receipt portion (26), and a holder entrance (28) formed at one or more sides of the sidewall to pass a spool holder. A spool wound with a bonding wire thereon is mounted to the spool receipt portion in the horizontal direction such that the central axis of the spool is maintained to be parallel to the bottom portion of the base. A cover (24) is coupled to the base at the outer surface of the sidewall while preventing an alien material such as dust from being introduced.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft einen Folienverbund aus mindestens zwei strukturierten Folienbahnen sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Folienverbundes aus mindestens zwei strukturierten Folienbahnen. Es stellt sich das Problem, die Weiterverarbeitbarkeit von Folienverbunden zu verbessern und ihre Herstellung zu vereinfachen. Das Problem wird für den Folienverbund dadurch gelöst, daß mindestens eine Folienbahn aus einer beidseitig klebeaktiven Heißkleber-Folie (2; 2') gebildet ist und für das Verfahren dadurch gelöst, daß mindestens eine strukturierte Folienbahn als eine Transferfolie ausgebildet ist, die eine Trägerfolie (3) und eine Heißkleber-Folie (2; 2') aufweist, und daß die Transferfolie mit einer weiteren Folienbahn lagerichtig zusammengeführt wird und daß die Transferfolie mit der Heißkleber-Folie (2; 2') auf die weitere Folienbahn auflaminiert wird und daß anschließend die Trägerfolie (3) von der Heißkleber-Folie (2; 2') abgezogen wird.
