摘要： The present invention aims at: providing an accelerated reaction in a liquid-phase reaction; forming, by way of the reaction, a metal oxide nanoparticle and carbon that carries the metal oxide nanoparticle in a highly dispersed state; and providing an electrode containing the carbon and an electrochemical device using the electrode. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, shear stress and centrifugal force are applied to the reactant in the rotating reactor so that an accelerated chemical reaction is attained in the course of the reaction. Further, the carbon carrying a metal oxide nanoparticle in a highly dispersed state comprises: a metal oxide nanoparticle produced by the accelerated chemical reaction, wherein shear stress and centrifugal force are applied to a reactant in a rotating reactor in the course of the reaction; and carbon dispersed in the rotating reactor by applying shear stress and centrifugal force. An electrochemical device produced by using the carbon carrying the metal oxide nanoparticle as an electrode has high output and high capacity characteristics.

摘要： Dense and uniform solid electrolyte layers made of conductive polymer are formed in a winding type capacitor to obtain a large capacitance solid electrolyte capacitor having excellent electrical characteristics. An anode foil (1) and a cathode foil (2) are wound with separators (3) therebetween to form a capacitor element (10) which is impregnated with mixture solution made of 3,4-ethylene dioxythyophene and an oxidizing agent. The mixture solution permeates into the inside of the capacitor element (10). By gentle polymerization reaction between 3,4-ethylene dioxythyophene and the oxidizing agent in the process of permeation. After the permeation, polyethylene dioxythyophene layers, i.e. solid electrolyte layers, are formed in the capacitor element (10). Further, a low impedance solid electrolyte capacitor in which the electrolyte layers are well formed can be provided. 3,4-Ethylene dioxythyophene is polymerized by the oxidizing agent in a solvent consisting of one or two among secondary alcohol, tertiary alcohol and delivertive of secondary alcohol. By this process, the polymerization reaction can be maintained in a satisfactory state, and accelerated. Thus, polyethylene dioxythyophene electrolyte layers having a high degree of polymerization and a high conductivity is provided.

摘要： A capacitor element (10) fabricated by winding an anode foil (1) and a cathode foil (2) via a separator (3) is impregnated with a 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and an oxidizing agent to form poly(ethylenedioxythiophene) by chemical polymerization. A nonwoven fabric composed chiefly of a synthetic fiber is used as a separator, enabling a solid electrolyte to be favorably formed without being reacted with the oxidizing agent. Preferably, the capacitor element is dipped in water at 80 to 100 DEG C for 1 to 20 minutes to dissolve and remove the binder in the separator in order to preclude adverse effects on the electric characteristics caused by the binder. The oxidizing agent is used at a concentration in excess of 40 % by weight with respect to the solvent, so that the degree of polymerization is high and a dense and homogeneous solid electrolytic layer is formed. To form the electrolytic layer, the capacitor element is impregnated with a monomer solution prepared by mixing 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and a volatile solvent at a volume ratio of 1:1 to 1:3. Then, the capacitor element is heat-treated and impregnated with a solution of oxidizing agent to form a dense and homogenous solid electrolytic layer.
