A conductive toner comprising at least one member selected from the group consisting of a thermoplastic resin (A) having carboxyl groups introduced and having T 100 of from 300 to 450°C, a polypropylene (B) having carboxyl groups introduced, and a thermoplastic resin (C) having T 100 of from 300 to 450°C, conductive fine particles, and glass frit-containing particles. T 100 is a temperature at the time when a weight change of the resin has become no longer observed during a temperature rise from room temperature at a rate of 10°C/min by means of a thermogravimetric analyzer (TG).

摘要： The present invention is concerned with a method for producing a fine powder of a surface-modified metal oxide, which comprises surface treatment of fine powder of a metal oxide with a silane coupling agent having at least one epoxy group in the molecule, wherein ammonia is added to introduce an amino group into the epoxy groups in the surface of said fine metal oxide powder. The fine powder produced in accordance with the method of the invention has good dispersibility, flowability and electrification properties, and has good imaging properties. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a toner composition for electrophotography using the fine powder of a surface-modified metal oxide obtainable by the method of the invention.

摘要： A disk reproducing apparatus is provided which can cope with the intermittent access due to track jump in the conventional CD reproducing system and which can reproduce data at N times the normal speed and produce the reproduced data at the normal speed. The disk reproducing apparatus includes a memory (11) for storing the data and time information reproduced from the disk to match with each other, another external memory (15), a detection circuit (10) detecting the time difference between the finally produced output data and the data which is being accessed, and a control circuit (19) detecting the overflow/underflow of the external memory (15) and controlling it to be written. The construction can absorb the time difference between the system operation speed and data output speed even during an intermittent access so that continuous data can be produced.

摘要： Toner compositions have a post-blended particulate additive which comprises aluminium oxide and aluminium hydroxide with, optionally, a third component such as silica or a wax, which is a tribo-charging additive which, upon tribo-charging of the toner particles, shifts the charge distribution in either the positive or negative direction. As well as providing toner compositions having adequate fluidity, the use of pre-extrusion charge-control additives can be avoided. There are also advantages, for example, in terms of charge distribution characteristics, stability of charge distribution, and avoidance of matting effects. Developer compositions are formed by admixture with suitable carrier particles.
