摘要： A panel system (1) and method for manufacturing a panel system comprising a composite insulating panel comprising; a first sheet (2) having an inner face and an outer face, a second sheet (3) having an inner face and an outer face; and a body of insulating material (4) between the inner face of the first sheet and the inner face of the second sheet, the first sheet having a cut-away opening (7) therein for mounting a photovoltaic solar collector module; and a first reinforcing means, attached to the inner face of the first sheet at a first side of the panel and a second reinforcing means attached to the inner face of the first sheet at the opposing side of the panel and wherein the first and second reinforcing means (18) extend at least partially into the body of insulating material, the system further comprising a photovoltaic solar collector module mounted in the cut-away opening therein having an inner face and an outer face and wherein the body of insulating material extends between inner face of the second sheet, the inner face of the first sheet and the inner face of the photovoltaic solar collector module.

The waterproofing membrane may have waterproofing membrane overlaps for overlapping and being bonded to the waterproofing membranes of other roofing panels in the formation of a roofing system. Preferably, the insulation layer includes interlocking structure for interlocking the prefabricated multi-layer roofing panels together in the roofing system.

摘要： A composite panel for forming roofing or wall structures comprises first and second sheet members and a layer of insulating material formed therebetween. The first (outer) sheet member includes engagement formations which co-operate to join the panels together. A clip for securing the panels to an underlying structure comprises a head portion which engages with one of the engagement formations, a post part and a foot. The length of the post part is selected so that the foot lies between the planes of the sheet members. The foot is secured to a supporting structure by fastening means such as a self-tapping screw.
