The plurality of particles for controlled release is divided into two or more groups based on the average thickness of the polymer coating layer for controlled release. The particle groups are identical in terms of the composition of the polymer in the polymer coating layer, but are different in terms of the average thickness of the coated layer. The pharmaceutical composition for controlled release according to the present invention may control the release pattern of methylphenidate contained in the core material as desired, and can be used as an oral formulation in a variety of forms such as quick dissolving tablets, etc.

摘要： A geogrid using fiber-reinforced polymeric strips and its producing method are disclosed. The geogrid of a lattice shape includes plural longitudinal fiber-reinforced polymeric strips longitudinally arranged in parallel at regular intervals and formed by reinforcing fiber in a thermoplastic polymer resin, and plural lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strip laterally arranged in parallel at regular intervals and formed by reinforcing fiber in a thermoplastic polymer resin. Each longitudinal fiber-reinforced polymer strip has at lease one first contact point crossed with the lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strip on the upper surface and at least one second contact point crossed with the lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strips on the lower surface. The contact points are fixed by welding the longitudinal and lateral fiber-reinforced polymer strips. The geogrid is excellent in installation capacity, frictional feature and shape stabilisation and shows high tensile strength and low tensile strain and low creep deformation.

摘要： A biodegradable, mixed polymeric micelle used to deliver a selected nucleic acid into a targeted host cell contains an amphiphilic polyester-polycation copolymer (12) and an amphiphilic polyester-sugar copolymer (18). The polyester-polycation copolymer (12) forms an electrostatic interaction with polyanionic nucleic acids, and the polyester-sugar copolymer (18) directs the micelle-nucleic acid complex to cells in vivo. Additional copolymers with similar properties may also be included. The composition improves delivery efficiency by providing a particulate gene carrier for which particle size and charge density are easily controlled by multivariate means. Various kinds of ligands and other functional compounds may also be introduced using the composition. The composition may be used in a method for transforming a targeted host cell with a selected nucleic acid.
