    • The invention relates to batteries and polymeric electrolytes for batteries, in particular, lithium batteries. A polymerisable composition or setting composition by condensation with dehydrogenation for battery electrolytes comprises a) at least one organohydrogenopolysiloxane (POS) (A) with at least two hydrogen atoms directly connected to the silicon atoms per molecule, b) at least one organohydroxypolysiloxane (POS) (B) with at least 2 OH groups directly attached to the silicon atoms per molecule, c) an effective quality of a catalyst for condensation with dehydrogenation (C) and d) at least one electrolyte salt (D) with the proviso that the POS (A) and/or the POS (B) comprises at least one siloxyl group per molecule with one polyoxyalkylene ether function (Poa).
