    • The present invention discloses a carbon removing and cleaning device and method for an engine fuel nozzle and a combustion chamber of an automobile. The carbon removing and cleaning device comprises a fuel supply pipeline provided with a quick joint and a fuel line connection arranged in the front of the engine fuel nozzle; and a tee joint is connected between the quick joint and the fuel line connection, the quick joint is connected with a first inlet of the tee joint, an outlet of the tee joint is connected with the fuel line connection, a second inlet of the tee joint is connected with a pressurized cleaning agent tank, an electric control cleaning agent nozzle is arranged between the second inlet and a connecting port of the cleaning agent tank, and the pressure of a cleaning agent in the cleaning agent tank is larger than the fuel supply pressure of a fuel supply pipeline. The carbon removing and cleaning device is simple in structure, the cleaning agent can be directly mixed into fuel through a tee additionally arranged in a fuel delivery pipeline, and dynamic mixing ratio control can be performed by virtue of the electric control cleaning agent nozzle, so that a satisfied cleaning effect for the fuel nozzle and the top of a piston is achieved under the conditions that the stable idling operation of the engine is maintained, a proper amount of cleaning agent is input and the cleaning time is reasonable.

    • Recent exhaust gas regulation requires reduction of an amount and quantity of particulate matter included in an exhaust gas, and a normal maximum fuel pressure may be increased to approximately 35MP. When the normal maximum fuel pressure is 35 MPa, a fuel injection valve is required to work for example at a pressure up to 45 MPa. In such a condition, a fluid force may exceed a valve opening force depending on a seat diameter, and a needle valve cannot be kept open and closed, when opening thereof is required. In order to solve the above problems, a fuel injection valve according to the present invention includes a valve seat portion, a valve body which is seated on or separated from the valve seat portion, an injection hole which is formed on a downstream side from the valve seat portion, and a guide portion which is formed on an upstream side from the valve seat portion seating a valve body seat portion of the valve body to guide a guided portion on a downstream side of the valve body, in which the valve seat portion is formed to have a dimension in a crossing direction crossing an axial direction of 0.4 to 0.8 times a dimension of the guide portion in the crossing direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform sizes of fuel particles in spray in an early stage of fuel injection not to generate large droplets that are less likely to evaporate in the spray in the early stage of the fuel injection.
      SOLUTION: A nozzle plate for a fuel injection device (3) is disposed opposed to a fuel injection port of a fuel injection device. A nozzle hole (6) through which fuel injected from the fuel injection port passes is formed at the nozzle plate (3). At this nozzle plate for the fuel injection device (3), the nozzle hole (6) has a fuel-flow-in-side opening end (6a) whose shape is a circular shape. The nozzle hole (6) is coupled to the fuel injection port via fuel guide channels (15 and 16). The fuel guide channels (15 and 16) have an opening (20) into the nozzle hole (6), and a pair of opposing channel sidewalls (21 and 22). The opening (20) has a channel width smaller than a hole diameter of the nozzle hole (6). One (21) of the opposing channel sidewalls (21 and 22) is formed to extend in a tangential direction of the nozzle hole (6). The fuel is directly flowed into the nozzle hole (6) to generate a flow of the fuel in a spiral pattern in the nozzle hole (6).
