      To charge and discharge a storage battery to meet an economic benefit for a user.
      [Solution]
      A control device of a storage battery includes a first obtaining unit, a second obtaining unit, a first calculating unit, a second calculating unit, a third calculating unit, and a control unit. The first obtaining unit is configured to obtain first information indicative of an electricity price set for each time slot. The second obtaining unit is configured to obtain second information indicative of charge/discharge efficiencies of the storage battery. The first calculating unit is configured to calculate first electric energy charged in the storage battery. The second calculating unit is configured to calculate second electric energy of the storage battery dischargeable from the storage battery to a load, based on the first electric energy and the charge/discharge efficiencies. The third calculating unit is configured to calculate a unit charging price per unit electric energy required to charge the second electric energy based on the second electric energy, the electricity price in the time slot during which the storage battery is charged, the first electric energy, and the charge/discharge efficiencies. The control unit is configured to compare the electricity price with the unit charging price in each of the time slots. When the electricity price is lower than the unit charging price, the control unit is configured to cause an electric power system to charge the storage battery. When the electricity price is equal to or higher than the unit charging price, the control unit is configured to cause the storage battery to perform a discharge to the load.
