摘要： A drive device with non-circular gear, comprising a non-circular drive gear (11) having a torque motor (10) as a drive source and a gear train transmitting the rotation of the torque motor from the motor shaft (1) of the torque motor to a driven shaft (13) and fixed to the motor shaft and a non-circular driven gear (12) fixed to the driven shaft and meshed with the non-circular drive gear, wherein, when a current is supplied to the torque motor (10) and the motor shaft (1) is rotated, the rotation is transmitted from the non-circular drive gear (11) to the non-circular driven gear (12) to rotate the driven shaft, and the torque of the torque motor (10) is transmitted to the driven shaft in the state of being increased or decreased depending on the position of the rotation, whereby the drive device with the torque motor capable of providing a desired torque at any rotating position can be provided.

摘要： The transmission mechanism comprises a lever (12) which can rotate around an eccentric shaft (11) of a rotating disk-crank (10). The lever (12) is guided in its movement by cam means (15a) and acts upon an arm (19) which is attached for joint rotation to an output shaft (3). Advantageously the disk-crank (10) is driven through a connecting rod (8) from another disk-crank (1) which can rotate around a shaft which is different from that of the first disk-crank (10). It doesn't require adjustment or setting up and it has a low cost. The transport device has on the output shaft the wheels for drawing chains with transporting bars provided with clamps for the sheets.

摘要： The invention pertains to a special process and devices for the production preferably by machining of workpieces with non-circular outer and inner contours such as squares, hexagons, ellipses, polygons and the like, or eccentric circular bores and/or tappets. In the claimed process, the workpiece is rotated at constant angular velocity while a tool (e.g. the blade of a lathe tool) set eccentrically in relation to the workpiece is moved without rotating about its own axis at controllable speed in a circular path, workpiece and tool being moved towards one another in cycles with the appropriate advance. This ensures that apart from a small cuttings volume for each advance, very narrow tolerances can be set. The associated device, which has a special gear and optionally an integrated cross slide unit, gimbal-mounted yaw head or eccentric spindle, can be used as a compact tool unit for rotary and milling machines and the like.
