摘要： A fold down seat back (10) or seat bottom has at least one ergonomic support device (20, 60) in it. A traction cable (30) is operatively engagad at one end with the ergonomic support device to actuate it. The traction cable is comprised of a sleeve having a first end and a second end and a wire having a first end and a second end. The wire is disposed to slide axially through the sleeve. The first sleeve end is attached to one of the seat back or seat bottom, for example by a rotating cable tension unit (50). The wire end is attached to the other of the seat back or seat bottom, for example, by the fixed torsion bar (14). The wire end may be attached to the torsion rod with a pulley. These attachments of the sleeve end and the wire end cause the wire to be drawn axially through the sleeve when the seat back is folded up, extending or rotating an ergonomic support, and cause the wire to be relaxed when the seat back is folded down, flattening the ergonomic support. The ergonomic device may be a bolster (60, 260, 360), a wire array (20), a head rest (660), an arm rest (600), an arching pressure surface (370) or a scissors lumbar support (460, 470).

摘要： The present invention relates to a seat adjusting mechanism for vehicle comprising a seat cushion frame which has at a lower part thereof a latch assembly being locked or unlocked to a locking pin of a vehicle part, a connecting plate which is fixedly coupled to an end part of the seat cushion frame and a seatback frame which is rotatably coupled to an end part of the connecting plate through a recliner, further comprising a driving link which is rotatably coupled to the connecting plate and is rotated in connection with the seatback frame when the seatback frame is rotated; a pre-latch link which is rotatably coupled to the connecting plate apart from the driving link and which, when the driving link is rotated over a predetermined angle, is rotated together to a predetermined extent in contact with the driving link; and a latch link which is rotatably coupled to the connecting plate with the same rotating axis as the pre-latch link and has an end part coupled to a cable end part for an operation of unlocking the latch assembly, and which is contacted, pressed and rotated by the pre-latch link from a predetermined position within the predetermined extent where the pre-latch link is rotated, thus unlocking the latch assembly through the cable end part. According to the present invention, the seat can be folded and erected by just a simple operation if required.

摘要： In a seat (10), in a state in which tilting of a back main frame (16) around a tilting center (16A) is locked by a reclining mechanism (18), a lower end of a back joint link (26) is turnably joined to a vehicle side. Thus, turning of a first link (22), a back sub frame (24) and the back joint link (26) is locked, and operation of a back link mechanism (14) is locked. Therefore, a supporting rigidity from rear side of a back side portion (12B) can be enhanced by the back link mechanism (14) (the back sub frame (24)), and a crew sitting in the seat (10) can be thoroughly retained.

According to the invention, a reversing lever connected to the strut (17) of the back rest (3) can be used to convert the translatory movement of a loop (22, 23) associated with the collapsing of the back rest into a rotating movement of the pivoting axis mounted in the fitting (20) of the strut (17), by pulling said loop. A loop (12) that can be actuated by pulling and is associated with the removal of the seat is provided for unlocking the row of seats. The essentially horizontal movement of said loop can be converted into a vertical movement of a blocking plate (5) that is connected, in a positively locking manner, to a mushroom-headed bolt (10) integrated into the vehicle floor. According to the invention, the strut (17) of the back rest (3) is actively connected to the blocking plate (5) used to lock the row of seats by means of a coupling rod (25), in such a way that a vertical upward movement of the blocking plate (5) can be carried out, thus unlocking the row of seats, only once the back rest (3) of the row of seats is folded down and takes up a table position, and the back rest (3) of the row of seats is folded back into the seat position only once the row of seats is locked by the blocking plate (5) in co-operation with the mushroom-headed bolt (10).
