The discharger comprises a housing defining a longitudinal axis and having a proximal end and a distal end, a discharge section having a discharge passage for the fluid extending between an inlet opening and an outlet opening of the discharge section, a carriage cooperating with the proximal end region of the housing such that the carriage is moveable relative to the housing along the longitudinal axis, and securing means being engageable with each other such that they define a locking position in which the carriage is prevented from being moved along the longitudinal axis, the securing means being disengageable to define a starting position for the carriage by simultaneously applying a first actuating force to the housing and a second actuating force to the carriage.

摘要： The invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to devices for subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous and intraosseous injections of liquid medications placed in carpules used for single-use injections, in particular, for implementation of local anesthesia in dentistry. A disposable carpule injector comprises a cylindrical barrel, which has at one end a handle-finger rest with a hole at the face end for installation, with a possibility of displacement therein, of a rod-rest with a bar-shaped tip, and at the opposite end, a bush for a double-edged needle, a carpule installed in a barrel with a possibility of contact of the carpule plunger and the tip of the rod-rest, and a fastening element with a double-edged injection needle, where bush for the double-edged needle is made with a possibility of threaded fixation of the fastening element with the double-edged injection needle thereon and installation of a protective needle cap, the handle-rest is made with a possibility of being fixed on the barrel by means of projections fixing the barrel and corresponding grooves on the handle-rest, and is provided with a clamp for the carpule, the carpule end opposite to the plunger has a metal cap, the barrel has a pull-out protective cap following the shape of the barrel, installed with a possibility of being moved along the same, extended to the full length of the injection needle and fixed on the barrel by means of fixation elements forming a fixation unit.

摘要： The present invention provides a drug injection apparatus in which it is possible to press a flexible drug container to discharge a drug from an injection needle while stably holding the drug injection apparatus in a state where the injection needle has been stuck into a living body. The drug injection apparatus of the present invention includes a drug container, a needle tube, a needle-holding portion, and a drug container mount. The needle tube has a first needle tip and a second needle tip, and the central portion of the needle tube is held by the needle-holding portion. The second needle tip projects from the drug container mount. The drug container has a container body, a seal member and a protective plate. The container body has a contact portion to be penetrated by the second needle tip and a pressing portion that faces the contact portion, wherein the pressing portion is to be pressed toward the side of the contact portion so as to deform. The seal member is attached to a portion of the contact portion to be penetrated by the second needle tip, so that the seal member closely contacts the circumferential surface of the needle tube in a liquid-tight manner. The protective plate is provided to avoid the pressing portion from being penetrated by the second needle tip inserted into the container body.
