    • The invention relates to a measuring device for the thermogravimetric determination of material moisture, comprising a base (12), which is designed as a scale and which has a base surface (22), which forms at least one scale-space bottom and through which a scale-plate support passes, and comprising a hood (14), which is pivotably connected to the base (12) and which has a scale-space cover (50) and scale-space walls (52, 54, 56) and at least one heating element (44), which is effective into the space surrounded by the scale-space walls (52, 54, 56) and which is in electrical contact with power electronics. The invention is characterized in that the hood (14) consists of two separate modules (36, 48), namely an electronics module (36), comprising the heating element (44) and the power electronics, and a mechanical module (48), comprising the scale-space cover (50) and all scale-space walls (52, 54, 56), the mechanical module (48) being rigidly and reversibly coupled to the electronics module (36) in such a way that the heating element (44), which protrudes from the main body (42) of the electronics module (36), which main body is pivotably connected to the base (12) and surrounds the power electronics, protrudes through a corresponding opening (58) in the rear scale-space wall (56).
