摘要： Procédé de récupération d'acide phytique ou de sel d'acide phytique dans un milieu dans lequel il est contenu. Ce procédé consite à mettre en contact le milieu avec un polymère de base exempt de phases solides présentant des fonctions aminées tertiaires afin d'absorber l'acide phytique ou son sel. Dans un mode de réalisation préférée, le milieu à traiter contient également de l'acide lactique et l'on récupère des fractions séparées prédominantes dans (i) de l'acide lactique et (ii) de l'acide phytique ou un sel d'acide phytique, respectivement. L'invention concerne également des procédés préférés de traitement de milieux afin d'en récupérer de l'acide lactique, le meilleur procédé permettant d'obtenir directement de l'inositol par hydrolyse d'acide phytique ou d'un sel d'acide phytique tandis qu'il est adsorbé sur un polymère contenant de la pyridine.

摘要： A method for the preparation D-chiro-inositol (I) from kasugamycin (II), comprising the steps of: (a) reacting kasugamycin with an acetylating agent to form a crude hexa-acetate intermediate; (b) purifying the crude intermediate to form purified hexa-acetate intermediate; (c) deacetylating the purified intermediate to form D-chiro-inositol; and (d) isolating the D-chiro-inositol. The method permits efficient, large-scale preparation of D-chiro-inositol without the need for extensive chromatographic purification of the final D-chiro-inositol product.

摘要： A process for producing D- chiro -inositol which comprises either mixing an aqueous solution of kasugamycin or a salt thereof with a strongly acidic ion-exchange resin (of H⁺ type) in a reactor or bringing the aqueous solution into contact with the resin in a column packed therewith, heating the aqueous solution and the resin under normal or applied pressure to effect hydrolysis of kasugamycin to thereby prepare an acidic reaction solution containing D- chiro -inositol, separating the acidic reaction solution from the resin, and recovering D- chiro -inositol from the solution. In this stage, it is possible to obtain efficiently high-purity D- chiro -inositol by passing the acidic reaction solution first through a column packed with a strongly acidic ion-exchange resin (of H⁺ type) and then through another column packed with a strongly basic ion-exchange resin (of OH⁻ type) to prepare a neutral eluate containing D- chiro -inositol, and concentrating the eluate to effect deposition of D- chiro -inositol crystals.
