    • Cooling device with liquid for electronic cards (16), in particular for high- performance processing units, comprising at least a hydraulic circuit (13) in which a heat-carrying fluid flows in order to extract the heat produced by electronic components (18) and/or hot spots (20) present on an associated electronic card (16). The device comprises a cooling plate (12) mechanically coupled to the electronic card (16) so as to be inserted in a containing rack (30) of the processing unit. The plate (12) has a heat extraction surface (24) facing and partly in contact, or at least in close proximity, with the electronic components (18) and/or the hot spots (20). The hydraulic circuit (13) is made in the thickness of the plate (12) and has a geometric grid development, along which a plurality of hydraulic sub-circuits (13a) are disposed and switching means (42) to define desired paths.     • A method to search for affinities between subjects comprises the passages of effecting a step of registering a user with a certification authority (14), effecting a step of receiving first information relating to the user and memorizing the first information in a portable electronic device (11) of the user, and effecting a step of synthesizing the first information memorized in the portable electronic device (11) by means of transmission to a user interface (13) which processes the first information memorized. The method also comprises the passages of effecting a step of encrypting the first information and memorizing the first information encrypted in the portable electronic device (11), effecting a step of disseminating the first encrypted information to other portable electronic devices (11) in geographical proximity, effecting a step of collecting second encrypted information relating to other users, sent from other portable electronic devices (11) in geographical proximity and effecting a step of decrypting the first and second information encrypted at the certification authority (14). Finally, the method provides to effect a step of processing and analyzing the first and second decrypted information, in order to identify affinities between them, at the certification authority (14), and to effect a step of notifying the affinities, by means of the certification authority (14).
