    • In a digital protection relay with a time sync function, the sampling timing of which is specified based on a reference timing transmitted from a time signal generator (4) to time sync means (2), with a determination value, the time sync means (2) includes a reception circuit (21) that receives a discrimination code and time data transmitted from the time signal generator (4), a code discrimination circuit (25) that discriminates the reference timing on condition that the received discrimination code coincides with a desired code, a time calculation circuit (23) that calculates the sampling timing on the basis of the discriminated reference timing and the time data, and a sampling sync circuit (24) that specifies the sampling timing of a digital quantity of electricity on the basis of the calculated sampling timing.

    • An ice making chamber 50 formed in an upper portion of an ice making housing B is provided with ice making cell casings 52 which are supplied with ice making water spouted from a lower portion to form ice cubes therein. The ice cubes formed in the ice cell casings 52 drop on an inclined ice chute in the ice making housing and slide on the ice chute forward. A separator 25 provided in an opening of the ice making housing is opened by the ice cubes sliding down on the ice chute to discharge the ice cubes. The separator 25 is in the form of a plurality of split separation plates which are formed at their upper ends with a hook portion 25b of C-letter shape in cross-section. The separation plates are suspended from a lateral support rod 18 provided on a lower end of a front wall plate 17 of the ice making housing in such a manner that the hook portions of the separation plates are engaged with the lateral support rod 18 for rotary movement. The separation plates are suspended from the lateral support rod in such a manner that each lateral slit 25c of the hook portions is faced toward the exterior of the ice making housing.

    • A gas turbine plant comprises an air compressor (8), a gas turbine (10) including at least one high temperature section, a driven equipment (11), which are operatively connected in series, a gas turbine combustor (9) arranged between the air compressor and the gas turbine, and a fuel system (12) for supplying a fuel to the gas turbine combustor. The gas turbine plant comprises further an air extraction closed circuit system (26; 35; 57) for said air compressor and a heat exchange section (16) provided for said air extraction closed circuit system for heating the fuel supplied to the gas turbine combustor from the fuel system (12). Said air extraction closed circuit system (35) is further provided with a valve opening control means (45) for detecting a fuel leak into the high pressure air by a fuel leak detector (45) provided for the heat exchange section and for closing a fuel valve (15) of the fuel system when a detection signal exceeds a predetermined value and also provided with an alarm device (47) for giving an alarm when the detection signal exceeds the predetermined value.
