摘要： The invention relates to a continuously operational method for thermal hydrolysis of organic matter, which includes an impelling step in which the organic matter is conveyed, without the need to use pumps or other mechanical elements, a hydrolysis step in which the mass to be hydrolysed is heated using live steam until reaching high temperatures in very short times and, after undergoing a first breakdown of the structure, is maintained at the hydrolysis temperature during a predetermined time, and an energy recovery step with vapours of two enthalpy levels. The invention also relates to a facility for implementing the method, which includes interconnected load and pressurisation tanks in the impelling step, a quick mixer and a relief chamber in the hydrolysis step, and a decompression system with a flash chamber and an ejector that mixes the produced vapours in the recovery step.

摘要： The present invention relates to a seawater desalination device, a seawater desalination method and a potion cleaning method. The seawater desalination device comprises a seawater introducing and filtering device and a seawater reverse osmosis filtering device. A first control valve is arranged between the filtering device after the introduction of seawater and the seawater reverse osmosis filtering device; and a second control valve is arranged at the end of pipeline of the seawater reverse osmosis filtering device. The seawater desalination device further comprises a control circuit. The seawater introducing and filtering device is consisted of a seawater inlet valve, a seawater pump and a filter which are communicated in turn via pipeline; the seawater reverse osmosis filtering device is consisted of the first control valve, a high-pressure pump, a reverse osmosis membrane group, a pressure regulating valve, the second control valve and a clean water tank which are communicated in turn via pipeline. By adopting the above structure, the seawater desalination device, the seawater desalination method and the potion cleaning method are controlled by a variety of combination of manual control and electronic control. And, seawater desalination stop cleaning step and potion cleaning step are reduced, the structure is simplified, and the efficiency is improved.

In einem weiteren Aspekt wird eine Vorrichtung zur Aufarbeitung stickstoffhaltiger Wässer und Schlämme bereitgestellt, diese weist eine Einrichtung zum eindampfen dieser stickstoffhaltigen Wässer und Schlämme auf, wobei diese Einrichtung zum eindampfen derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie ein Fraktionieren des beim Eindampfen auftretenden Kondensates in stickstoffreiches Kondensat und stickstoffarmes Kondensat erlaubt. Schließlich werden stickstoffreiche Kondensatfraktionen selbst bereitgestellt sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung von stickstoffhaltigen Düngern und Verfahren zum Erhalt von Stickstoffkonzentraten.

The hopper (506) has a drainage pipe (570) and a valve (580) that controls communication of materials between the influent feed system and the drainage pipe. A mechanism delivers the influent stream at a predetermined and a substantially constant flow rate. The influent stream is separated into two or more streams and recombined under pressure in the grit boxes. A grit box to classify and separate particulate matter and solvated materials from an influent stream is also described.

摘要： A system and method for treatment of water. An inlet is operative to receive source water having particles therein. A spiral mixer has a defined spiral channel operative to mix the source water with a coagulant material and an alkalinity material. The spiral mixer is formed to perform in-line coagulation and flocculation processes within the defined spiral channel to form aggregated floc particles. A buffer tank is operative to receive the aggregated floc particles from the spiral mixer. Spiral separator segregates contents of the buffer tank into affluent and waste water that has the aggregated floc particles therein. An outlet is operative to provide a first path for the affluent, and a second path for the waste water having the aggregated floc particles.
