摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing precision investment-cast NE metal alloy members, especially for use in power unit technology. The inventive method is characterized by using a rotation casting method, whereby the outer shell of the casting molds (22) to be produced are fed via an inert pouring spout (14) which is fluidically optimized vis-à-vis the used alloys. These casting molds are likewise fluidically optimized at the sprue positions (19) and are arranged on a rotatably mounted casting device (11) in a manner as to be spatially adjustable. The casting molds can be inductively (30) heated during the casting process for the purpose of temperature adjustment. The components of the device are mounted in such a manner as to allow for a completely homogeneous filling of the casting molds by virtue of the Coriolis forces of the centrifugal forces to which the melt is subjected so that the cast metal is free from inclusions.

摘要： Zum Herstellen von Präzisionsgußteilen aus einer Schmelze wird ein metallisches Gießrad (1) verwendet, das einen ringförmigen Verteilerkanal (4) und mehrere auswechselbare Gießformen (6) mit mindestens je einer Eingußöffnung (6a) besitzt. Dabei wird die Schmelzenmenge pro Abguß so gewählt, daß die Gießformen (6) und der Verteilerkanal (4) beim Rotieren des Gießrades (1) um seine Achse (A-A) mit der Schmelze gefüllt werden, derart, daß die Präzisionsgußteile nach dem Erstarren der Schmelze durch einen im Verteilerkanal (4) gebildeten Ring aus dem Gußwerkstoff, dem sogenannten Umlaufmaterial für neue Gießprozesse, zusammengehalten und mit den Gießformen (6) aus dem Gießrad (1) entnommen werden, worauf die Präzisionsgußteile von dem Ring abgetrennt werden. Um hierdurch auch Präzisionsgußteile mit komplizierten Raumformen, insbesondere mit Hinterschneidungen, herstellen zu können, werden die einmal verwendbaren und zur Entformung zerstörbaren Gießformen (6) aus einem keramischen Werkstoff ausgewählt und formschlüssig und auswechselbar vom Gießrad (1) abstehend an dieses angesetzt. Dadurch kann das Umlaufmaterial unkontaminiert einem Recycling-Prozeß zugeführt werden.

Fluidity is calculated for each pour of molten metal based on the measured pour temperature and measured liquidus arrest temperature. A drive system controlled by a programmable logic controller moves the casting machine in accordance with the output of the transfer functions based on the calculated fluidity.
