摘要： A self-contained, portable unit for charging a battery of an electric vehicle is disclosed. The portable unit includes a moveable docking pad that has a generally flat, horizontal base and is formed with a compartment for holding at least one storage battery. The first end of a column is mounted onto the docking pad and oriented to extend upwardly from the docking pad to a second column end. A solar array is affixed to the second end of the column for deployment over the docking pad. The electric current from the solar array is fed to the storage battery using a charge management system. The battery, in turn, is connected to an EV charge station which produces a charging current to charge the battery of an electric vehicle.

摘要： A power feeding apparatus (14) for solar cells has: a voltage regulator (30), i.e., a voltage adj usting unit; a relay (34), i.e., a switch unit; and a control unit (36). The voltage regulator (30) executes voltage adjustment with respect to an input voltage, and outputs, to a power output terminal (20), a voltage adjusted to a previously set voltage or lower. The relay (34) is provided on a bypass line (32) that is connected between a power input terminal (18) and the power output terminal (20) without having the voltage regulator (30) therebetween, and the relay performs switching such that the bypass line (32) is connected or interrupted. In the cases where the input voltage is equal to or lower than the predetermined voltage, the control unit (36) performs control such that the bypass line (32) is connected by means of the relay (34), and the input voltage is outputted from the power output terminal (20).
