摘要： A synthesis gas production apparatus (reformer) to be used for a synthesis gas production step in a GTL (gas-to-liquid) process is prevented from being contaminated by metal components. A method of suppressing metal contamination of a synthesis gas production apparatus operating for a GTL process that includes a synthesis gas production step of producing synthesis gas by causing natural gas and gas containing steam and/or carbon dioxide to react with each other for reforming in a synthesis gas production apparatus in which, at the time of separating and collecting a carbon dioxide contained in the synthesis gas produced in the synthesis gas production step and recycling the separated and collected carbon dioxide as source gas for the reforming reaction in the synthesis gas production step, a nickel concentration in the recycled carbon dioxide is not higher than 0.05 ppmv.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for increasing the carbon monoxide content of a feed gas mixture comprising carbon dioxide, hydrogen and carbon monoxide via a catalytic reversed water gas shift reaction, comprising the steps of (1) heating the feed gas mixture having an initial feed temperature of at most 350° C. in a first zone to a temperature within a reaction temperature range in the presence of a first catalyst; and (2) contacting the heated feed gas in a second zone within the reaction temperature range with a second catalyst. This process shows relatively high conversion of carbon dioxide, and virtually no methane or coke is being formed, allowing stable operation.

摘要： The present invention relates to a hydrogen supply device which supplies hydrogen by selectively permitting permeation of hydrogen contained in a hydrogen containing gas (G1). This device includes: a first metal layer (2) which dissociates hydrogen molecules into hydrogen ions by a catalytic reaction and has hydrogen permeability; a second metal layer (3) which creates hydrogen molecules by bonding hydrogen ions to each other using electrons and has hydrogen permeability; a hydrogen permeation layer (1) which is interposed between the first metal layer (2) and the second metal layer (3) and permits permeation of the hydrogen ions from the first metal layer (2) to the second metal layer (3) by the application of a voltage; and a voltage application (7) for applying the voltage to the hydrogen permeation layer (1) by setting the first metal layer (2) as an anode and setting the second metal layer (3) as a cathode. According to this device, even when the concentration of hydrogen is low, it is possible to dissociate hydrogen from a hydrogen containing gas, and to suppress noise during the operation of the device.

Der Gasstrom (1) wird in einem mehrstufigen Verdichtungsverfahren (2) verdichtet und anschließend mittels Wärmetauscher (3) auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Nach einem Voradsorber (4) wird der Gasstrom in ein katalytisches Verfahren zur Sauerstoffentfernung (K) geführt. Die katalytische Reaktion zur Sauerstoffentfernung verläuft exotherm. Anschließend wird der Gasstrom über einen weiteren Wärmetauscher (W) auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und in ein Druckwechseladsorptionsverfahren (5) zur Wasserstoffabtrennung geführt. Dort wird Wasserstoff (6) vom Restgas (7) getrennt.

摘要： The present invention relates to an integrated gasification and hydroprecessing process. A hydrocarbonaceous fuel (2) is first gasified in gasification reactor (8) to produce syngas (10), and then a portion of the hydrogen is removed from the syngas. The hydrogen is compressed in compressor (22) and used as an excess reactant in a hydroprocessing unit (26). Hydrogen gas is recovered from the hydropocessing unit product, purified, compressed and recycled to the hydroprocessing unit (26). The hydrogen-poor syngas is expanded in an expander (55) that drives the compressor (40) that compresses the recycled hydrogen gas (38). The expanded syngas (56) is then combined with light hydrocarbons removed from the recycle hydrogen gas stream, combusted in a gas turbine and used for power generation.

摘要： Methods for recovering hydrogen and carbon monoxide from hydrocarbon conversion processes are disclosed. Hydrocarbon is converted into a gas stream comprising water vapour, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen , and unreacted water vapour. Hydrogen is separated from the gas stream by pressure swing adsorption. A monolith catalyst reactor means is utilized in treating a secondary product or waste gas stream from the pressure swing adsorption process to assist in recovering hydrogen and carbon monoxide from the waste gas stream. The present invention also provides a method for improving the yield of hydrogen and carbon monoxide from a hydrocarbon conversion process utilizing a monolith catalyst reactor means.
