The method is characterised in that d) oxygen and optionally also minor constituents, in particular CO2 and/or N2 are eliminated from the resultant gaseous mixture by gas permeation.

摘要： Fiber-reinforced polyurethanes having densities no greater than 0.9 g/cc which are suitable for use as automotive components are produced from a polyurethane-forming reaction mixture in which carbon dioxide is dissolved in one or both of the reaction components. The amount of dissolved carbon dioxide is from 0.2 to 2.0 g/l. The isocyanate-reactive component is a polyol having a functionality of from 3 to 8 and a hydroxyl number of at least 600. Any fibrous material may be used but glass fiber, particularly glass fibers having lengths from 12.5 to 100 mm are particularly preferred.

摘要： An aqueous polyurethane dispersion (PUD) that includes an isocyanate functional prepolymer containing acid functional groups prepared by reacting a polyol containing carboxylic acid functionality and a polyisocyanate. The polyol has a molecular weight (Mn) of from 100 to 10,000, an acid number of 25 to 500 mg KOH/g and a hydroxyl number of from 25 to 500 mg KOH/g. The PUD can be used in coating compositions that also contain a cross-linking agent. The coating compositions can be used coat substrates by applying a mixture of the PUD and cross-linking agent to a surface of the substrates.
