摘要： An embodiment of the present invention provides a secondary battery electrode production system comprising a notching portion, wherein the notching portion includes a laser portion configured to irradiate the electrode material with a laser beam along a notching line, and a pusher portion disposed above the electrode material, and the pusher portion comprises a pusher in contact with the electrode material and an air blower connected to the pusher, wherein the pusher, during notching, makes contact with an area of the electrode material excluding the notching line, fixing the electrode material while fixing both a coated portion and a non-coated portion of the electrode material, wherein the pusher includes a lower block in contact with the electrode material, an upper block coupled to the lower block, and an air nozzle portion that corresponds to a gap between the lower block and the upper block, and the pusher includes a first pusher and a second pusher, wherein the first pusher and the second pusher are spaced apart from each other in a front-and-rear direction, and the first pusher presses both the coated portion and the non-coated portion, while the second pusher presses only the coated portion, wherein the first pusher includes a body in contact with the coated portion, and an extension portion in contact with both the non-coated portion and the coated portion and the air nozzle portion includes a first air nozzle disposed along the front-and-rear direction on the body and configured to spray air from behind scrap and a second air nozzle disposed along a left-and-right direction on the extension portion and configured to spray air from the side of the scrap.

摘要： A utilities tube assembly (200) including one or more utilities tubes (200A, 200B, 200C). The one or more utilities tubes (200A, 200B, 200C) each include at least a first tube (302, 304, 306) and a second tube (302, 304, 306), where each of the first and second tubes (302, 304, 306) include a base material having a specified mechanical characteristic; and a weld interface (410) proximate an end of each of the first and second tubes (302, 304, 306). One or more of the utilities tubes (200) includes work hardened weld assemblies (310A) joining the first and second tubes (302, 304, 306) at the respective ends. The work hardened weld assemblies (310A) include: a weld fusion zone (406) between weld interfaces (410) of the first and second tubes (302, 304, 306). In a welded configuration (310A) the first and second tubes (302, 304, 306) proximate the respective ends have an end profile different relative to an overall profile of the first and second tubes, the weld interfaces are stacked between the weld fusion zone and the base material of the respective first or second tubes; and in a work hardened configuration the respective ends of the first and second tubes (302, 304), having the end profile, are deformed relative to the welded configuration to match the overall profile of the first and second tubes (302, 304), the weld fusion zone and the weld interfaces are deformed into the base material, the weld interfaces are deformed between the stacked weld fusion zone and the base material of the first and second tubes, and the weld fusion zone is work hardened and the weld interfaces of the first and second tubes are work hardened between the work hardened weld fusion zone and the base material of the first and second tubes based on the deformation of the weld fusion zone.

The working head includes a guide plate and a cutting element arranged around the guide plate. The cutting element moves around the guide plate to implement cutting. It is implemented that the pumping mechanism can output the lubricating medium only when the protective member is open and the protective member is moving, and does not output the lubricating medium when the working head is not working or in a no-load state, so that an action of pumping the lubricating medium is performed purposefully and regularly, which effectively avoids dry grinding between the cutting element and the guide plate, prolongs the service life of the working head, and can avoid waste of the lubricating medium.
