摘要： Se elabora un bastidor para armario de conmutacion a partir de miembros de bastidor y uniones de esquina. Las uniones de esquina están provistas con varillas de insercion para insertar en agujeros y se unen a los miembro de bastidor. Los miembros de bastidor están diseñados como secciones huecas abiertas que se doblan varias veces, son simétricas a sus diagonales y se abren en el área de su lados interiores. Los lados de secciones del miembro de bastidor que se continuan más allá de sus lados seccionales perpendiculares externos se doblan hacia adentro varias veces para formar agujeros para las varillas de insercion de una union de esquina. Los agujeros que resultan proporcionan cuando menos dos puntos de contacto con las varillas de insercion insertadas que se abren más de 180. Esto produce un bastidor con secciones huecas que son fáciles de manufacturar, con bajo costo de las partes y del montaje.

The PCBs can be powered commonly via power supply buses (300 to 360) interconnecting the studs. Alternatively, the PCBs can be powered individually via respective power supply PCBs (44) which are inserted into connectors formed partly by the power supply pins and partly by pins (50) on an additional, power supply, backpanel (46) which is mounted to extend contiguously from and in the same plane as the first backpanel. The two arrangements can be combined to power groups (54, 56) of PCBs individually with all of the PCBs in each group being powered commonly.

摘要： To minimize the weight of a magnetic tape recorder chassis and cabinet assembly, a wire frame chassis (18) carrying printed circuit board guides (20) and connectors (22) is mounted to one side of a sand cast bezel (24), and polyurethane wall panels (16) are secured to the wire frame. A cabinet cover and underlying tape transport assembly are hinged to the bezel to enable pivoting away from the wire frame, exposing circuit boards for servicing. The "open air flow" characteristic of the wire frame chassis (18) helps cool critical electrical components.
